I have only one simple request in Mass Effect 3 and that is either get rid of the scanning planets for resource for upgrade or make the upgrades cheaper so we wouldn't to scan so much. I mean it's nice to scan the planet for upgrades once in a while to slow down the pace but it's just too much scanning at an incredibly slow pace even with Miranda's upgrade.

5) Please Please PLEASE no loading in the Normandy. I would rather a long loading screen at first, and then not have any loading while running around the normandy. The loading screens where just WAY too long for the normandy parts. It would be much easier to talk and explore the story with all the characters if there wasn't at 3 minute wait between floors (might not be quite that long, but still.

dude, just get a new PC/X360! The loading screens only last like...2secs on my PC,i don't even get to see the whole scene. they should keep the loading screens, they're good, fast and effective!

I don't know if this has been said before, but I think it would be pretty cool if SpacerSheps could meet their mother. And extra dialouge if she meets your LI. Could somthing like that be done?

I want a more distinct feel of culture differences. Something that really struck me in the sci-fi firefly was the mash of cultures they kinda threw together and how they showed it in clothing and music.
So I would really like there to more distinct clothing, architecture, art and whatnot to give each race not just a whole back story but to be able to experience it in a way.

I want to hear and see the difference in culture. I think that would really add to the atmosphere and feel of the universe.

On a related note, ever since i started thinking about what the differences in clothing, architecture, art, and especially music would be like, I've been obsessed with one particular idea of mine...

I want a krogan John Lee Hooker singing "I'm bad like jesse james" (maybe change jesse james with some krogan battlemaster/warlord).
Everything about that from race (let's face it, the krogan are pretty much the black people of the universe), to music style, to the song itself just screams krogan to me.

I so totaly agree with "chassis" here. My loading screens are very fast even when leaving normandy. Get yourself a computer with better specs! That will solve your issues. Elevators sucked. Way to long waiting time, and your team-mates only speak for a few seconds. They should have spoken the whole elevator ride, cause then one could listen the whole ride...

For ME3, Personally I would like to see the squadmates from both games to be available, (Kaiden/Ash, Wrex, Liara as well as the ME2 crew).

Being able to land on Earth would be cool as well.

Well, I am not gonna shell out for a new PC, if I was on the PC, I would agree, and Maybe a new xbox would solve it, not sure.

If it's just my hardware, it's not an issue, but if all xbox360's load similarly to mine, it needs to be fixed. I personally never minded the elevators, but I can see why people don't like them. So I don't want them back. It was more indifference than anything else.

What I LIKED about the elevator rides, is occasionally the news radio dialog made new missions pop up in the journal, which was kind of cool, but thats' not a huge deal.

Still, it would be nice if there were NO loading screens on the normandy.

While Im on the subject in a group thread, I would love to see ME3 actually put some effort into side missions again.

I know ME2 was a series of disconnected combat zones, but couldnt you at least have bothered to actually TRY with the side missions? The amount of missions that were solved by walking 10 feet and talking to someone were ridiculous. I can understand a few, but it seems ME2s version of "hubs" were littered with these.

It was either "walk 10 feet and talk to someone" or "next time you enter a combat stage, please keep an eye out for some trinket to complete my shallow fetch quest".

I would also have liked elevators more if there were more radio announcements and ally conversations. Just having more loud music would have helped too. I do wonder why they are so slow when we have faster ones today.

Another area of the lacking "team-feel" were the MAKO-sections. Is Shepard supposed to control the entire vehicle from steering to guns by himself? I would have liked if allies would have had atleast secondary guns to use, repair the vehicle while moving or if they would have surveyed the environment and notified me of enemies and points of interests. Right now the Mako parts feel dead because it's just my solo act in an empty world of silence. This applies to any other possible vehicle.

I'd also like missions that you could fail without dying. At first I thought "Critical mission failure" meant just that. I "died" which meant the enemy managed to escape or kill the person I was supposed to save. I would wake up after unconsciousness in medic or around where I died.

And just to list the rest: revival kits for everyone so I can be revived too and to get rid of unrealistic ally spawning. More dialogue and interaction with allies. More choices for allies people can choose between. Allies move around the ship or cities if you allow them.

Just remembered a cool choice idea I got during the escape after saving Liara. You could only save 1 of your allies, but if you don't make the decision really quickly both of them will die. In addition to the "Why me?" questions this could also be interesting if the other one possibly also survived but turned against you.

At the start of the game, a news reporter/documentarian is embedded with your unit. You can take him on missions in place of one of your squadmates. He doesn't really do anything, though he's smart enough to take cover when the fighting starts.

Completing missions with him will get extra credits forwarded to you. In effect, you are rewarded for doing missions with one less teammate.

Also, the VA of the big bad should be James Earl Jones.

Some Things Mentioned May Have Already Been Said But It Just Means I Agree WIth That Idea

- Melee Weapons to use against those pesky husk swarms.

- Jump-Jets so i can jump (not fly) to higher ground or out of those pesky husk swarms.

- Even bigger consequences for our choices in earlier games.

- Expand on the ME2 skill system, liked it very much - more skill trees to invest in and 2 or 3 points per level with higher level cap. Keep the current system tho, the level 1, 2, 3, 4 and evolution was great, really felt the change when i upgraded something.

Keep Up The Great Work Guys Loving <3<3<3 Mass Effect Trilogy but pleae make it one of those trilogy's that have like 500 parts PLZZZZ!!!! you guys want money and we want games...everyone is happy!!!!

i agree with almost everything from the OP, just I am worried about investing time in space battle mechanics might detract development from other areas. and i just don't care for it either way.

please, BioWare, please, bring back the feeling of immersion that run so thoroughly through ME1. no end mission summary reports/emails or load screens. click here for a full layout of my argument. (please BioWare, maybe just peruse it?)

Everything has likely been mentioned before, but for me i'd like to see it being made it as real as it can be, and don't pander to much to the shoot em up /action/ big bad boss levels.

In fact the simple realism touches of the game really makes it stand out , I want to see more ongoing personal relationship interactions linked throughout the game , maybe even other characters talking/relating about each other and please just make sure technically that ME3 is as good a game for the PC as can be achieved

I would really like some sort of a 'hover-segway scooter'. They're useless in real life but in the open space of Omega, Ilium, and the Citadel I think that they'd be great.

I like the Elevator rides, they also reinforced the story in Mass effect. By the feeling of that the sqaurdmates got to know each other, it was really fun to hear wrex commentary in the elavators so bring them back.

I think that if you go through on insanity and beat with lets say a soldier and an adept. As a reward you can mix those into one class. so you could have the weapons of a soldier and all the abilities of a adept.

I think we need to be able to carry squad members over from ME2 to ME3. It's not that I didn't enjoy the new squaddies in ME2, or I particuarly missed anyone from ME1, it's just that this is the final chapter, and Shepard shouldn't have to start again - so much team building went on, that those characters have to be involved in the conclusion. A mix of ME1, ME2 squaddies, please. With maybe a few new ones, all based on previous gameplay choices! (there are ME2 squaddies who I felt were picked up too late for us to really get to the heart of their place in the story)
