i got one, missions or even dialogue options being changed slightly based on class.
like if your are renegade and choose to kill a guy, if your a adept youll throw him into a wall repeatedly, if your a soldier, you beat the 'censored' out of him, then finish him with a grenade.
stuff like that.

Levelling
Keep the power levelling the same as ME2, I thought it was very good, however, have a separate system for stats, so every 5 levels you would get points to unlock powers with. With the same amount of powers the max level could go up 150, or if they wanted to make you more powerful 200.
Soldier- - -Biotic- - -Engineer
Health- - -Pwr Rsist- - -Shields
Wpn Dmg- - -Pwr Strngth- - -Pwr Dur
Wpn Cl- - -Pwr cl- - -Pwr Bar
Negotiation (for all)
Any Weapon your character can use (soldiers start with a boost to all of them)
They would all be on a scale of 100 and you would get 2 points a level. You could pick any of the stats, but obviously certain improvements would help a soldier more than an adept
Ofcourse the stats would all go up on each of those things as you go up levels, but the same for all classes, so these are ways of making you char unique
Powers
The universal cooldown would also return, the main difference is, you would have a power bar, with an amount of lets say 100, then throw might cost 80 points, so you would have 20 points left, which wouldn't be enough to use another power, but if you have 140 points and you use overload which cost 60 points, you could then use hack, which costs 80 points, without waiting.
Ammo powers would be replaced with those similar to ME1's ammo powers
Weapons
There would be a hybrid system between the first two games, the amount of weapons and there types would be the same as ME2, except the I,II,III,IV...IX,X system would return, so your weapon would improve throughout the game. The upgrade system for the weapons of ME2 would exist, upgrading your teams accuracy, damage etc with assault rifles or any other weapon.
However the weapon part upgrade system of the first would return, but it would be permanent, also using the I...X system, once you place an upgrade in a weapon, it can only be replaced with a superior version. Ammo upgrades would return, and so would more interesting weapon upgrades (like combat scanner, special scopes for snipers etc.)
The original overheat system would return but soldiers would have a heat release power, so as to quickly get back to shooting.
Armour
The armour would consist of 4 parts: Head, Torso, Arms, Legs, they could be mixed and matched as much as you want and the colour customization would be exactly the same, but again you could change weapons and armour on the fly, armour upgrades would be changeable at any point, unlike weapon ones.
Casual clothes would return but, with many more types.

I thought the game was fantastic , with just a little tweaking it would be Perfect . The only thing that I didnt like was all the planet scanning for the minerals , That poor scanner either needs an upgrade or it needs to be removed . Other than that Fantastic !

Mass Effect 3 i want 1 thing for sure.
Planet exploration again and lot of items to find. But the landscape must make use of the new DX11 Tesselation techniques to get rid of the pointy triangle mountains like it was back in Mass Effect 1.
I'm sure planets will look awesome with Tesslation DX11

I NEVER want to see planet scanning in this game ever again. Ever.
Its horrible. This is what took the place of Mako exploration which I actually enjoyed. But this is ten times more boring in every way. It composes the majority of my ME2 play time. Its horrible. Almost ruins the game for me all by itself.
The hover tank is a fantastic replacement for the Mako, so I wish they had employed it more. And just left the horrible planet scanning out.
Bioware, please do not include this horrible mechanic in ME 3. Its awful.

I could do without planet scanning, regenerative health, thermal clips, and mission completed screens. . .

for mass effect 3 i think that the weapon and armor upgrades should go back to the way they were in the first one along with special ammo types

Macros mapped to "1" number key. So if you hit "1", it'l chain up to 3 actions at once, instead of pressing three keys at one time, which clutters the screen.

An alien race that's not part of the known space or part of the Reapers ... Depending on your choices they will support you against the Reapers or get in your way.I think that this would give the feeling how huge actually is the ME universe.

Camera changes
Make it so that you can actually see ALL of Shepard when she/he is walking about, ala ME1, not from waist up.
I want to be able to see my characters face up close when positioned against a wall, why on earth did they have the camera go above Shepard's head?!
Gameplay
Get rid of Shepards awkward limp-walk.
No scanning.
Either a better mako or much more hammerhead exploration.
No more loading screens. Bring back the elevators and party banter, but of course make the elevators faster. I'd also like for the party conversations to be more in-depth, ala Dragon Age.

I effin love ME1 & ME2. but the one thing I absolutely hated in ME2 was planet scanning. Other than that i would have to say that most of the upgrades from ME1 were great. Although I do kinda miss the elevator rides with the news reports and banter between the NPCs.
What he said. Inter-party dialog would be a great addition.
Yeah, but I'd prefer it to be contained within the shape sort of like the confrontation between Tali and Legion or the conversations between NPC's in KotOR II. The reason for this is that since you can only walk around with two squadmates at a time, you'd miss out on a lot of the banter in between party members (especially with a huge cast like in ME2).
Also, the Normandy felt sort of like a mini-town area on its own, so having party members interact with one another, butt heads, or even get along, would really allow the ship to feel alive.

No more planet scaning. I didnt mind the whole thermal clips thing, but there was never enough ammo. While I am on the weapons thing class should be able to use any weapon, I would like to be able to completly customize my loadouts for the situation. Some ship to ship fighting would be cool too.

Longer romances with more cut-scenes. Not just 2-3 conversation + 1 scene. Make them more believable.

I'd like bioware to learn from FPS games like MW2 - Using the left trigger to auto target, while keeping the right trigger as the fire trigger is something that simplified the gameplay, which is something that ME Needs. Some sort of refinement to the biotics assignment menu would be good as well, as the shoulder buttons fel counter intuitive for selection - maybe pressing down on the right stick?
Also, thinking about it, ME is a system that cries out for some element of co-op play.
Oh. And More Yvonne Strahovski/Miranda. Preferably as scantily clad as possible. I know, I know, slim chances, but I feel like I'm owed something after making sure she came back alive from the suicide mission.

Use a Dragon Age like crew approval system. Maybe the rate should be hidden, but with our decisions changing the dialogue routes.

Story-telling elements.
I really like how the Kasumi DLC was handled. In the end-with the memory, it fleshed out her character more. I would like to see Bioware expand on different ways in story-telling/character development rather than Talking/Shepard asking straight-dialogue tree questions for characters. (i don't mean scrapping whats been used already with dialgoue-trees or even for each person...-perhaps just a few scenes when appropriate)
To flesh out characters without the dialogue tree. eg Thanes L.M when he prays.
or maybe show us a small flashback of zaeed or the character by themselves like kasumi's DLC.-a distant look, or violent outburst goes a long way than words.

Female turians, krogans and salarians (they should be romance option too). And i want that Mass Effect 1 leveling system back, it was much better than ME2. And more "sandbox elements."
