And 360 Degree facial customization would be much appreciated. No more replaying the prologue just to find something new to nitpick about and start all over again.
About that, would it be possible to have implemented the technology that scans a few photo of yours and creates a 3D model? It would save a lot of time.

After talking with them x amount of times do something more unique than a repeated line, like play a game of poker or drinking game. Make it more fun and interesting.
Bring back the helmet remove option during missions and story so I can keep stat bonus but not have the mask blocking conversations or drinking.... heh.
I like to crouch even without cover. Bring crouching back please.
Make places like the Citadel feel more alive(more characters walking to places and chatting with emotion and not robot like.).
Better animation that does not look like Wrex was putting his hand through his neck....
Better AI for team and foes.(imported characters team is buggy vs my non-import team for some reason).
More ending decisions.
More upgrades and a more balance class for Shepard(Vanguard is nothing in insanity).
Soldier class should get unique upgrades for it only, maybe a small team bonus/command.
Change the system of fighting to a hybrid of ME1 and ME2 where you do not need cover as much and can have a more open battle field like in ME1. Certain boss fights there is no cover etc. Want to be able to take on hordes when high level on low difficulty but need cover on higher difficulty.
Gain minerals or pieces of equipment from dead foes instead of scanning planets all the time.(reduce the need even by 10%).
Earth should be open to go fight or play in. Citadel should be bigger as well and all other major specie planets.
Bug fix updates when game is out for all systems.

After missions (also Loyalty missions) a briefing with al your squadmembers, not with only Miranda and Jacob (but then the ME3 versions of them) after recruiting someone. I want to now their thought about the mission and the member I recruited. If it is with a option like "What did you think about the last missions?" I would also be good with it, but i just loved the briefings.
In the beginning scanning the planets was fun. But after a couple minutes it gets bored. Then i play a mission and do it again. But after a while it's just boring. There are to many planets to do that at al of them. And scanning them good I mean, not just hitting a couple time's the "scanning "-button. But please, never, never and never gets me through that hell again to find resources
Anderson doesn't need to worry, i won't bite him. He could say more. I defeted the Collectors! He need to be happy but still i get the same conversations with him. If you end ME3 and play through i'm okay with it as people are reaction to me when I saved the galaxy
I couldn't say what I want. That's something I didn't had in ME1. I could say what I (not Shepard) really thinks about it, but now I have to choice sometims between 2 lines, buth sometimes I disagree both of them.
Almost no elevators. I know, they where for loading. But it didn't mather how fast you PC was, you where a long time in the elevator. Now it's just a couple seconds, and not 20+ seconds. Please, keep that.
A couple space battle's. The SR2 had huge guns after I upgrade it. And I only used them ones! 2 round of them, and you saw what happend to the collectors ship. Total destruction. I don´t need non-stop spacebattling, but 1 or 2 would be fun I think. I would jbe awesome to let people go into cover and scream other like "THERE COMING IN!!! Get your guns! "and put people on the big guns of the SR2,
More crew to talk with on the way you talk to Kate, not like Presly in Me1. And a romancy with someone outside your team, like someone in your crew. I wanted to Krate as my romance, she's awesome. I like her more then some of my team!
I could do this mission with 6 other teammembers, not with only 6 crewmembers. So pleasy, involve them more. And let them do thing. I don't need to find Joker in the cargo. But the a nameless crewmember wouldn't just stand at one place for several months.
Let me say everything, and do not show what I can't say cause my Paragorn is to low. If it's to low give a message but let me say it and than deside (with how our relationship is for exapmle) of the line I sayd works. Mayby a little bit unclear, so a example:
Tane: "Shaperd, i'm going to kill him! "
Shep (blue par option): "No, don't! "
Computer thinks of it works of not with looking at my releationship with him and my par points.
Works:
Tane: "Alright"
Par is to low and no good releation:
Tane: "Screw you! "
When I want to say to a huge biker with more tattoos than skin "Get out of the wayt jackass! ", i can do that. Yes, it proberly doesn't work and I get hurt, but I can do it
There is a lot more, but the poster above me sayd the most of them and i approve his post.

i don't think something like that would work, technically, or something like that would be too costly or whatever to integrate.
i would just like to look at the face from all angles. rotate it the way i want. i always have the problem that the face looks great in the creator, but once you see it from all angles you notice some weird polygons or something like that, making nasty edges in places you do not appreciate them

Once this is out the way, I would like.. children, and fat people and whatever else would make the game more immersive. I mean, you go to the Citadel, there are families obviously living there and there isn't a kid in sight? Not even the little street rats Thane was talking about in his loyalty quest? It just strikes me as odd and unrealistic. After all, some children in DAo gave a whole new dimension to the game, like the Tahne's son or the little girl in Shell's quest. Most of us (well, at least most of the adults I guess) feel compelled to protect them from harm. it could give rise to greatly emotional and moral-challenging sidequests.
Not that there weren't any of those in ME1 and ME2, Tali's loyalty quest was very moving for exemple.
It just strikes me as unrealistic that there isn't any kid in a whole galaxy, and as I said, it could be good quest material.

- Cheaper Probes
- Kerpal Syndrome's Cure
- I want EDI, Samara, Thane, Tali, Garrus, and pretty much everyone that survived from ME1 and ME2 to appear again
- New hairstyles, if possible D:
- I want to explore the Citadel again, not just the Zakera wards and Anderson's room

Find solution/ replacement for Mako, make home planets/ stations of squads mates little bit bigger, and it will be perfect.
Everything else (inventory, gun fights etc...) is OK.

Helmets - no toggle. It's not my idea, but I loved it - when not in combat, they need to fold up and retract into the armor like the weapons do.
More NPC interacting cutscenes. Miranda and Jack, Tali and Legion - they were awesome. I need MORE of that!
I could see the side missions starting in this direction, but I'd like a few side missions with huge story arcs better than tons of little ones. Fallout did it splendidly - a side mission would take you hours to see through from start to finish. Make them as engaging as the loyalty missions.
I want a space cat that I have to keep away from my space hamster. Please.

1) I want every character from ME1 and ME2 (that didn't die in the final mission or on virmire or if you killed wrex) to be in your squad. If your squadmates from ME2 will not be on your squad in ME3, then that would make people not care about losing teammates at the end of ME2. That would get rid of the feeling of risk going into the final mission because people's mentality would be "oh who cares if my squadmates die in ME2? I can't use them in ME3 anyway." So please bring all characters from ME1 and ME2 (that you didnt kill off of course) back to ME3, especially your romance partner.
2) Missions need to last longer. In ME1, by the time you landed on Feros, Novera, and Virmire, a good amount of time went by before you ended up back on the Normandy, which was good. It would be better to have less but longer missions, than more but shorter missions, because longer missions are more memorable. Some of the missions in ME2 feel too short. And because of that I feel like I spend too much time on the Normandy.
3) More depth with romances. The romances in the Mass Effect games are a very unique part of the game, and they make the game feel more alive. Allow your romantic relationship from ME1 or ME2 to be maintained throughout ME3. It would be silly to be forced to find a new relationship again in ME3, and not have your relationship from ME1 or ME2 carry over to ME3.
Another kool thing to have in ME3, which isnt as important as the previous three things I mentioned, is to have different dialogue options or actions in cutscenes based on your class. For example, when you get into a fist fight with some in the VIP bar for Samara's loyality quest, if you are a biotic you would use biotics to beat them up instead of your fists.
Btw, great job with ME2. It is the best game ever made imo and I can't wait for ME2 DLC and ME3. There is a link to a thread I made in my sig about suggestions for ME3.
Edit: Also there needs to be helmet toggling. I don't wear anything but the N7 armour because all the DLC armours force you to wear a helmet which looks stupid when you wear it everywhere, especially in areas like Afterlife.

And yes this goes for ME1 and ME2 (and possible ME3) romances. And yes, Thane too. C'mon BioWare. C'mon! You already broke my heart with his romance (in a good/bittersweet way.) Don't break it again. :c
Oh, and improved/increased squad banter. I would like for team mates to acknowledge each others existence more and play off each other in dialog. I was expecting this improvement in ME2 and came away disappointed -- a lot of the time characters said nothing at all, and third wheels just loitered around with no input whatsoever. These characters are supposed to bring out the best and worst in each other, but aside from one or two scripted encounters between two or three specific people there was none of that.

Dont let all levels be as obviosly linear like in ME2
Give us both a m/m and f/f romance option
Dont let the dialog with a squadmate end alongside the romance ( unless you promised a romance all the LI in ME2 stopped talking to shephard )
More interactions between npcs (banter during missions or in cutscenes afterwards )

I totally agree. I also wish there was more communication between party members outside of the Normandy. An example is when you talk to that detective during Samara's loyalty mission, you can tell her that it's stupid to obey an order that will most likely get you killed. And one of your squadmates says "we're allowed to disobey suicidal orders? Why wasn't I told?" and your other squadmate makes a comment. Stuff like that is really kool.
