1. No 1 time meeting cameo for love interest. At least more interaction with him/her regardless of beeing squadmember or not. (An same sex LI , too. No forcing squadmembers to be gay/bi but if there are some, make it as an OPTION)(But tbh I would like to see this as a patch for ME 1 and 2).
2. Itemsystem from ME 1 but plz dont flood me with so much items or at least, let me sort them in some categorys.
3. Mako exploration: Yes but with the Hammerhead because it should be more fun but PLEASE put somethink in this exploration areas. I mean, no trees, no really big ruins, some things which are it worth to see (maybe some places where you can go with your LI) , no nothing, only death....
4. Non linearic Gameplay. Don't force me to do missions while I'm @ loyality missions, I mean JESUS that was annoying.
Shepard:"Okay now let's do Samaras loyalitys quest"
Illusive dude: "No, Shepard plx go to planet y an do quest naaaaooooo!!!!!"
5. More story behind your squadmates. Loyality Missions were cool, but maybe more to talk with them, more to do with them(regardless of LI, I mean they can be friends....)
6. EPIC!!!!! conclusion Plot with qaudrillion ends (ok not quadrillion but maybe more then 3?)
7. As early mentioned for villain: Saren tight ; Terminator Kong sh i .te.
8. More individuality for ship and squadmembers. But the squadmembers not @ the controll of the player.
They will dress as they want, that mean that they will choose clothes/armor by themselft effected by decisions you made in the game and what a squadmember will experience with you.
Maybe give them there owen paragon, renegade bar (like kotor
Maybe a betrayel off a squadmember if you are not paragon or renegade enough?
9. No working for Cerberus any more. If I can't go to alliance, I would like to be a freelancer rather then a cerberus "agent".
10. Not TOO much new squadmembers. Better give us the chance to choose our favourite squadmembers from 1 & 2. Of course there should not be the posibility to get all old squadmembers. You can decide which one you want. But only 4 or 5.
My 2 credits

Also, the loading screens within the Normandy really annoyed me. Would prefer stairs or something like that? xP

EASY CHANGES:
1) When importing my Shepard--let me do minor tweaks to appearance instead of having to starting from scratch. All I want to do is change my hair. My roommate would like to change his lips. Nothing more.
2) Bring back the beautiful and unique skylines found in the ME1 side missions.
3) Can we see some alien females? Asari don't count.
4) Can my unscoped sniper rifle be more accurate? It should at least be equivalent to an unsighted assault rifle.
5) Tighten the already much improved cover system. ME2 wouldn't always slip Shepard back into cover after I used a power, so I'd hit the cover button only to have it pop me in and out of cover. Very annoying.
6) In the power description box when you're accessing the power wheel, could you also include the recharge time in the details?
7) Can I give non-power squad commands while paused, like who to shoot and where to go?
8) Bigger text. I have a 60 inch tv and still think it's small.
9) Allow for random decisions in a new game, like who died and who was romanced. It could potentially improve replay value.
POTENTIALLY BIGGER CHANGES
1) Don't bring back the Mako. If you do 1) use it in moderation and 2) tighten up the controls and physics.
2) Keep the existing inventory system--or lack thereof--but give us a few more weapon and armor types. Like what we had ME2 once you include DLC.
3) More space battles! Lets put the Normandy through her paces!
4) Since big decisions are such a big part of the ME games, make the ones we've already made mean something. Give us a hugely different endings. Don't water them down by turning them into different roads that lead to the same destination.
5) Allow for more improvement in a NG+ to improve replay value. If it were ME2, I would have recommended letting us add another bonus power while unlocking 10 more levels. Or giving us another advanced weapons training.
6) If you keep mining, can we make it more engaging? Like a fun little mini-game instead of a monotonous chore?
7) More interactions between squad mates, like the whole Miranda/Jack thing.
9) I know this is unlikely, but can I romance Gianna Parasini? Pretty please?
10) Here's some power shuffling ideas. Since I think the Engineer's special ability is too weak, make "AI Hacking" into "Hacking" and make it a mix of AI Hacking, Sabotage, Damping and Overload. Basically let it screw with anything electronic and lock down an enemy's offensive abilities (except for melee stuff) or completely manipulate them in the case of synthetics. Meanwhile, let the infiltrator have a combat drone since creating a distraction works with the idea of what an "infiltrator" would want to do, not to mention that it has great synergy with sniping. Also, biotic barriers should be more than just Jacob's bonus power. Let it be a standard biotic power and give it to the adept and sentinel, and replace tech armor with something more aggresive.

same here because alot of people complaind about the elevators and mako from me1 so bioware over hauled it and yet those same fans complain. truthfully its easy for those specific fans to blame the company when in fact it was the fans fault for fing everything up. i log onto this board and i see multiple co-cop or multiplayer threads and i wonder honestly either both are taking and ruining the gaming industry or those (( fans)) really want a full on gow shooter.

-How about in Mass Effect 3 all squad members from Mass Effect 1 and also all squad members from Mass Effect 2 to form Shepard's team in ME 3, what I actually mean is having just everyone who belonged to the squad in both games with you in ME 3, and possibly, 2 or 3 new characthers.
-Also I really liked the Loyality Missions from ME 2. It would be interesting to see let's say Liara's Loyality Mission, or Kaidan's MIssion etc. and also maybe new Loyalty Missions for the ME 2 characthers.
-Was it just me? Or the right corner map in ME 2 is a little buggy? Like for example when you move and reach a position it will turn the arrow backwards than it was showing it to you when you were going to some objective.
-It would be cool if more mouse interactions for more paragon/renegade points would be available.
-I always hated that you can't talk with you're crew while in a mission just like you would do on the ship(meaning with all the cutscenes and stuff). At least in the first game the squad could comment on some things, but now nothing, just in 2, or 3 places.
-The outfit changing was really cool, still it could be improoved, like for example allowing more user flexibility for creating clothes and armor. Also it would be cool if we could choose in a mission to go with the armour or with normal clothing.
This is all I can think about for now. Sorry if part of these ideeas were said already, but it's a verry long message and it would take an awfully long time to read through all the entries, and I just found it.

Samething for garrus he could be a commander of a tureen ship and have his own crew with him.
As for new people it would be nice to have your old crew with you as well.

@ tazzmission I agree with you i played halo and it was great but the story went to quickly and now they are doing reach now. What would be nice is having a six arch story like star wars. The prequels were about anikin to darth vader. Then origanal focus on Luke skywalker and vader. Mass effect should do something like that focus on shepard 1-3 and garrus 4-6 then make one more and do a finale for the last one put shepard and guarrus story arch. Or they could focus on sarran and Anderson as a prequel who knows right.
id prefer a prequal where we play as anderson and we basicly get to play the story from me revelations. some fans may not like that idea but imagine the new charachters like ms summers e.t.c

1. Characters in your party should be more interested in and comment on your actions or the situations you are in, depending on their personalities. It happens occasionally but not as often as in other Bioware games. Case in point being I brought Jacob to Miranda's loyalty and vice versa, but there wasn't much interaction between them given their supposed past. Characters in ME seem a bit too willing to accept what you do no matter their own morals.
2. Adding onto that, I'd like to see more random in game dialogue between characters when you're in "down time" on planets, and possibly a gift/approval system would be fun, bit of Ice Brandy never goes amiss as a gift. It gives a nice sense of achievement finding an item a character particularly likes. An inventory system isn't required for it either as it can just be a dialogue tree addition back on the ship.
3. Record multiple lines for characters who aren't ready to talk and rotate or randomise them so we don't have to hear Garrus' calibrating all the time
4. Collapsable helmet in dialogue-tree http://social.biowar...34465/1#2534844
Gameplay wise
1. Streamline scanning to be the quicker system of ME1, i.e. click on a planet and get there, scan/probe a planet once and get a certain number of resources depending on it's richness level.
2. A larger selection of weapons would be good. More casual clothes etc. Current (non existent) inventory system is perfectly fine imo, it suits the faster pacing of Mass Effect.
3. No skywalking bugs please!
4. The hacking/bypassing mini-game is fine, but preferably less or no datapad hacking!
5. Less restraint on the citadel

-Use the new DLC vehicle in ME3. We got to test your plans for ME3 as purchased content, and it was fun
-Balance the resources in the game! Don't give me 500k in minerals and have nothing to spend it on, while I am out of credits and can't purchase all the upgrades in the game. That has to be the most obnoxious thing you could do in an "RPG" like this, give people side things to do but then give them nothing to use it on
-Don't make me buy what should have already been in the game, namely in this case a wide variety of weapons/armor

I want them to bring back the way Shepard walks and runs from the first ME1. It's like his shoulders are dislocated and he has a turnip up his backside, and his left leg is three inches shorter than his right.Zurcior wrote...
This may seem small, but I want Bioware to bring back the light refracting effect of Barriers.

1) For Mass Effect 3, the ammo mechanic should be taken further. The ammo indicator should be configured as such..
[(# of shots remaining for current heat sink) (number of spare heat sinks in thermal clip) (number of fresh thermal clips remaning)]
By default hitting the reload key/button should have you eject the current heat sink (which would be lost) for a new one, or exchanging an empty thermal clip for a fresh one should it be required. By holding down the button, a 4-directional menu should pop-up, where you can select using the d-pad (on the 360) whether to pop the heat sink, swap thermal clips now (old thermal clip retained if it still has spare heat sinks), or cycle through your weapon's modes of fire (semi/burst/auto). No direction or selecting the remaining direction would result in inaction.
2) Should you run out of spare thermal clips and spare heat sinks in your current one, you could wait for your current heat sink to cool off. Of course, the coolddown rate would be slow enough to encourage you to keep looking for thermal clips.
