I had posted a couple times in here before, but here is a full list of my ideas up to this point
-Make Engineer resemble engineer from ME1 more. (bring back tech mines, damping, maybe separate sabotage from overload)
-Make classes more distinct
-STOP WITH THE EMAILS (have more dramatic, emotional story telling)
-More side missions that have less combat (more diplomatic, exploration, story based, etc. Some sidemissions in ME1 and 2 had some psychological horror elements, which I really loved.)
-STOP USING ASSAULT RIFLES IN CUTSCENES WHEN THE CHARACTERS WHO ARE WIELDING THEM CAN'T USE THEM IN GAME (yes that includes Shepard -- not everyone plays as a soldier)
-Individual cooldown times for powers, not a universal one
-Make combat less gunplay oriented for classes like the adept and engineer. (more powers, maybe?)
-MORE CREW DIALOG! (I swear 3/4 of the squad in ME2 ran out of stuff to say half way through the game, and most of the time our conversations went along the lines of "can we talk? not right now, try later." Also more dialog for the chef, doctor, engingeers, etc. Once you get done talking to them once in ME2 (using investigate) there's absolutely no reason to talk to them ever again save for occasionally completing a side mission.)
-No more non interactive squad member dialog (kasumi, zaeed, etc. it wasn't so bad with zaeed, but with kasumi, she would repeat the same stuff every time i went to talk to her.)
-More romances in ME3 (new ones, and try to appeal to a diverse set of people like you did with the romances in ME2. good job on that BTW.)
-Make it ideal to have a balanced team (tech, guns, and biotics, like it was in ME1. In ME2 it didn't really matter because all you really needed to do was to shoot things dead. It was a bit like that in ME1 but a lot more accentuated in ME2)
-Stop with the the stripping away layers of defense style of ME2. I found it to be INSANELY tedious and it didn't feel rewarding.
-Make the ME3 story feel less like a bunch of side missions like it was in ME2.
-More variety in how you can make your armor look. (More patterns, chestpieces, etc.)
-Be able to use throw on rockets (hey, I can dream, right?)
