ME1 was real bad about the choice and actual statement being off, or in most cases the same response as another option.
Now I love the Paragon Renegade thing in the game, but ME2 is kinda skimpy with its points, and I supose that they knew there would be more Paragade choices in DLC, but I feel like getting enough points for my chosen "alignment" practicly reqiures "grinding" to "level up" takeing away from the game a little. This is one reason I agree with (but dont personaly do) the use of an editor to max paragon and renegade options so you can make any choice you wish in the game.
I feel the point of Paragon and Renegade is missed a little when you have to make NOTHING but Paragon choices just to be ALLOWED to make a Paragon choice at some later point, and this means you may not make a Renegade choice. This is fine for the most part, but you spend most of the game getting enough points to be allowed to make those choices and not enough of the game living with you choice.
Were is the advantage to being half Paragon half Renegade? There are practically no conversations that let you make several moderate choices, there all relatively easy or very hard and come in groups of one per conversation usually.
In ME1 there were several levels of Paragade choices and some early in the game. In ME2 it seems like its difficulty = 1 block of Paragade or difficulty = 4 blocks of Paragade. One of my biggest pet paves is that you dont keep you ME1 import Paragade bonus points on subsequent play throughs. I also think each play through should give something like 10 bonus points to Paragon and Renegade so multiple playthroughs gave some benefit like they did in ME1 in regards to Paragade choices.
I know we all like different things, but bottom line is no one wants to feel like if they dont pick the choice they are supposed to (the one that upgrades my electro grenades the fastest), they are being punished.

--Weapon Mods: One of the things that was pretty cool and useful in ME1 was the ability to add weapon mods that alter the ammo, the accuraccy, the damage ect. Now what ME3, with a set list of weapons, could do is introduce a set list of mods you could install on your weapons before you go on missions. These wouldn't be regular, subtle mods either- these would drastically change weapon performance i.e. Slower rate of fire for increased damage, higher magazine capacity in exchange for increased recoil. By mixing and matching, you can create some crazy effective weapons.
--Larger Areas: Self explainatory. Bioware kinda dropped the ball with this one. ME2 was mostly corridors filled with baddies and chest high walls (as Zero Punctuation put it, You can always tell an ambush zone by the apearance of chest high walls). what i envision is a return to the larger, more sniper friendly areas. Better yet, multiple paths for different approachs. For example, an assault on an entrenched enemy in a canyon. you could use your team to draw fire while you take a small flanking path and pick them off with your sniper rifle.
--More than 2 squadmates at a time: You heard me. In ME1 this wasn't such a big deal since you had, like six people to chose from, and even then they were armed to the teeth and had a vast arsenal of powers. In ME2 your squadmates were basically chatty bullet sponges, saved from superflousocity by virture of powers you may or may not have. Plus you had eleven people to chose from, thats like hiring a battalion of third-world mercs and only taking a fire team with you. That and it seems kind of silly that three people could gun down entire companies of mercs. Four people, now thats plausable. And while on the topic of squadmates...
--Increased Interaction With Teammates and Love Interests: By increased interaction i mean more than just extra dialogue. I want to be able to talk to them while ashore. I want to see you interact with LI's in ways that normal couples act. Bioware kind of half-assed it with the bed and couch things, so I propose you should be able to, say, prop them up on the desk for a make-out session. While in combat free zone you could hold hands (or a playful pat on the butt), or maybe a hug button, I dunno. Just something.
--More Personal Customization: Come on! Your hair stlye isn't genetic, and it isn't held in place by polymer cement, let us futz with hair, cuz i would love to see Shep rock the punk mohawk, or at the very least some hair dye. Secondly, I would like to see more body armour colors and patterns, and would like to combine parts from differnt suits into one uber suit. Or be able to take the helmet off the full suits, helmetless Terminus would look pretty boss.
--Increased Personal Impact: One could go all over the place with this. The game could be one long suicide mission were people could die at any point, with people dropping off like in modern action movies *coughPredatorscough*. Have missions be failable in the "Don't worry, we'll get them next time", style. Or have the bad things happen to Shepard personaly; Every failed mission result in Shepard losing a limb and getting it replaced by cybernetics so by game's end he looks like one of the AdMech from Warhammer 40K!
--Refine Paragon/Renagade System: The Dayglo renagade scars in ME2 were well implemented an genuinly intimidating, it's just a shame that the player is only one who apreciates them. You'd think Tali or Miranda would at least have something to say about the Hellraiser grid on Shep's face. But unfortunatly there's no similarly cool effect for being a paragon. I suggect blue subdermal circuit effect, which gradully creates a soothing/angelic halo effect. Also dialogue is lacklust for paragons. Granted part of the reason people play renegade is to hear some of the funniest lines in the game. Paragon should be good natured smart assery/ uplifting/ touching, while renegade should be dark humor/ badassery/assorted dickery. That and I would like paragon/renegade intrupts to prompt at the same time. After all there's more than one way to quickly resolve a conflict.
--Misc: more guns, more shark themed tanks, more citadel space and Space Combat!
That all I want. Tall order I know.

Well I have my thoughts on the conversation choices too. I like the idea of randomizing the choices, but more than that, I want Shepard to say something more in line with what the choice has written. Generally Shepard does not say what the choice you pick says.

with the carry over paragon renegade points from ME and the 100% bonus that every class except soldier gets I have never realy needed to play all one way to get the major paragon/renegade checks such as jack/miranda

So in ME2 we have the pleasure of reciving mail, how about adding ano option of anwsering it in ME3? We had that in GTA4, you were able to anwser with a positive response (here paragon) or negative (renegade) - There are preset anwsers for both of them, player is only asked to determine if it's going to be nice, affirmative or rude and negative. This would be a nifty little thing to improve the immersion and a way of gaining some paragon / renegade score... possibly a way of accepting or declining some side missions or of triggering them erilier.

I want to see dialogue that I've already read/heard displayed in a different color, Maybe grayed out. In longer conversations, it can be hard to remember which parts of the dialogue wheel I've already seen. This is especially true when there are characters who we need to talk to many times.
If I want to ask Kelly "how is the crew?" but it is grayed out, I can just skip the question because I will know she has nothing new to say yet.

I agree with most of this, especiall the "Increased Personal Impact" part. It would be awesome to have an increased sense of urgency, or the need to be extremely carefull. Thats the thing that made the final missions of both 1 and 2 so awesome and personal! Id also like to point out that although filled with great character development, the loyalty missions or the squad members themselves had little relevance on the main story for the most part. I mean, it they were awesome, but if one had died along the way for example, you would most probably would have gone through the game just fine without them. Other implications are good too (loss of civilians, crew, personal loss, etc.), just something should happen after most seemingly important decisions so that they not only look important on paper, but ARE actually important to your immideate experience or very near future in the game (many decisions in the first game felt important , some were, but all you got for many of them was an email). All im asking is for more concrete evidence of the consequences and costs of my decisions, not just a paragraph or some dialogue explaining the future effects and implications they may or may not have on the rest of the galaxy.

Different Types of armor (bigger and bulkier for soldier class etc)
Slomo is great in ME2, more in ME3 pls!
More powers for biotics
Grenades with different powers
...
and something that'd be awesome!
in the beginning of ME3, you start off with a "previously on ME2" kinda cinematic(like the beginning of every LOST episode) but it highlights the important decisions you made in the previous two games! That'd be epic!

Needs more clothes for sheppard's team with sunglasses and put some options for sheppard like when you go offworld you can slecet what you will wearing civilian cloth or armor. I want to create own normandy as you wish with everythng you want to add on for example your pvt rooms perhaps you can put own music trough whole ship. Then space battles would be epic, mybe youu can build own operation bases or colony's cause i saw alot of empty planets in Me2, and recruit own peapole when ever you want, perhaps Michael hoogan would be nice to have him on the normandy . I want to see Turian homeworld. And most important you can put your own voice and picture or one of the movie actors, and you can say anything you want trough the microphone on the mission. Then you can go bounty hunter while you complete the main story or on specters mission. And please make that while your team more smart. Thank you

HOWEVER. If bioware does.
PLEASE:
1.reduce/remove the auto lock on feature.
*I can see enemies/loot through walls in a big red cornered box, removes the fun of searching, removes the surpise of an ambush.
2.Bring back the weapons from MS2 but allow customisation.
3.new way to gather reasouces. or at least speed it up.
4.MY BIGGEST COMPLAINT!
CUT THE LOADING SCREEN WHEN THE GAME FINISHES LOADING!
only 5months after I bought the game did I find out that the loading screen is doing nothing but finishing the animation.
I HAVE FURY at that.
5. to be able to walk into a room, hide in a shady corner and non be INSTANTLY SEEN by every enemy on the map.

--Bring Back Loyalty (But Have It Mean Something): the loyalty system from ME2 was, to put it bluntly, complete bullcrap. It basically boiled down to solving the crew's daddy issues, inexchange for bulletproof plot armor. While I'm not completly opposed to loyalty missions, I'd like to see loyalty earned more gradually i.e. several mini-missions or crucial choices you make during recruitment. Several levels of loyalty (Traitorous<Disloyal<Normal<Loyal<Suicidaly Devoted) would be appreciated.
--Make Past Choices Mean Something: What is the point of having an import function if all you get for all your hard work completing side missions is an email? I envision having Sequel Side Missions, side stories that spill into their own little novellas, influenced by how you handled their start in the beginning of the trilogy. For example, Toombs; In ME1 he was hunting down rogue scientists working for Cerberus who experimented on him after Akuze. When you find him, you can talk him down and get treatment for him, only for him to swear terrible vengence on you via Email in ME2 when he finds out about you cozying up to the Illusive Man. His side story could be about you talking him down (again) and making him leave you and Cerberus alone (for now, Mecha-Cthulu is coming after all), or betray Cerberus and have Toombs join your crew of space badasses.
--Make All The Characters Intergral To The Plot: In ME2, Mordin was really the only one who's really vital to the success of the Mission, since he invented a countermeasure to the seeker swarms. all the other characters serve no real purpose besides colorful cannon fodder for their mission (how exactly did TIM know that we'd need eleven ground soldiers? The Collectors live in space!). And another thing, when we get badass upgrades for our ship from these characters, can we at least use them more than once?
--Involve Dr.Chakwas: Because i mean come on, she's been with us for the last two games. Now would be a great time to make her actually useful for once.
I'll leave the specifics of the story up to Bioware, since they're professionals. I just want these points included in a general sense.

-Bring back weapon mods.
-Fix biotics to not be completely blocked by armor.
-A little larger dialog trees please. By the time you are shacking up with Miranda you would still be on Dantoine with Bastila with the amount of conversations.
-Squadmates talk to each other like Dragon age or Mass Effect 1 elevators. I don't think people
really want the elevators back they want the squadmates to talk and react to each other.
-Some more equipment please.
-A larger % of the missions focused on the main story.
-Make upgrades carry into New Game + and possibly add new challenges into a second playthrough.
-If you add Co-op please make it make sense.
-Get rid of the mission completed windows. It kills the cinematic experience.
-If we are going to use the hammerhead let us upgrade the weaponry.
-Mass Effect 2 plays like an actual shooter. What shooter doesn't have grenades?
- Go to Earth.
-Bring back armor.

-Bioware creators have already stated we will get to go to Earth one day so I am not worried about this.
-Make the Hammerhead like the Mako's armor. I hated how weak the Hammerhead was.
-Massive amounts of exploration would be nice.
-Make it so romance options aren't only with people in the squad. I mean people like Emily Wong or Nasana Parasini who is who I want to romance.
-If Shepard is a woman, make her walk like a woman like she did in ME1. She walks like a man in ME2. And make Shepard pivot in ME3 like he did in ME1.
-Bring back the facial scars you could customize your Shepards with. I like the scar that was over my eye in ME1.
