Oh, and one more thing. Bring back Wrex as a squad member! His personality and stories were way cooler than Grunt IMO. Plus he had biotics as well.

Space combat seems to be what alot of people are talking about. I like the idea in theory, but I feel like it would be difficult to make it work in a way that wasn't repititive. However, I am all for more space ships to explore and large battles that play out as long, interective cutscenes where you have to make tough chioces while barking out orders on the bridge.

yeah us driving the ship in space combat does sound like one of those good on paper ideas if possible I'd rather avoid me driving it in a dog fight I'd rather see a battle get asked if we want to aid the good guys and depending on how our command points are we either fail and the group fighting has to flee or we win it and the reapers flee.

More variety of weapons like flamethrowers and miniguns for the categories. They have to put the flamethrower in ME3 because the Geth and Vorcha used them in ME2. They have to be there.

Yes. But please improve the flamethrower. Maybe it's just me, but I hated the handling on that weapon, it never felt nearly as deadly as when it was used against me.

BW don't make homeworld planets easy to win over with uber blue para and uber red ren plz make multi level missions and also we physically have to enter into talks/negotiations to get them on board this way its not all about guns you need to rely on your ability to really talk to people! All homeworlds can be hit/miss/or undecided as player wins over or takes back lost worlds they get huge bonuses armor, guns, money, and maybe even enforcements that if you say hit up on the D pad you can call small squads into battle when on ground missions.

These homeworld given reinforcements would not be controlled by player they just push directional Dpad arrow the group shows on battlefield and shoot anything that moves until they all die each homeworld would give shep a commando group but the player can only assign to the Dpad 4 groups (at any time and player can change via menu) pressing the direction of the assigned homeworld given support group will call them into view and players can only use them xamount of times during a mission.

Crysis is a European game; that may be why it has Spanish voice acting. Mass Effect is Canadian and that may be why it doesn't. I don't think it has to do with being a shooter or RPG.

I think the key is not the genre, but the amount of VO to be translated (and voiced). Now I haven't played Crysis myself, but from my general take on shooters, few of them have even 10 % of the amount of VO ME2 has. So, cheaper to translate and VO.

My wishlist (still) pretty much consists of getting more of the same (I usually am more openminded towards change, but this time...), seeing past ME1 and ME2 squadmates come back for significant roles (especially my homegirls ashley and miranda, and, of course, tyrannosaurus Wrex)... and getting Timothy Dalton to play an evil (corporate) mastermind. :P

So, in a word, I'm hoping that Bioware has the gall to do things the "hard way", make it so that saving/not saving your people has a significant impact, and not one that is limited to a single cutscene or worse, an e-mail. Ie. I think Bio has the choice between making something mindblowingly awesome or something that's merely conventionally really good. And I hope they take the "riskier" route.

More driving sequences like in LotSB would be nice. That is, they would add colour and variety, but not be actually challenging for people who like driving games. (The LotSB driving sequence is not challenging at all, and I like it that way. Let's face it, how many games out there will obligingly checkpoint a save every 5 seconds? I'm here to blow up bad guys and watch Shepard emote, not play Gran Turismo.)

I like how we get to know more about our companions in their missions. I like meeting ME1-companions in ME2. However there could be much more interaction between the companions. In ME2, when I meet Tali and Garrus is with me, while Tali is obviously happy to see my character, she ignores Garrus completely. And actually I can't remember anything from ME1 telling me if they liked each other or how they got along. The only one who tells me what he thinks about the partymembers in ME2 is Joker.

I would like to see female aliens in ME3 and aliens without armour, so we can se what their bodies look like.

It would also be cool to have armours for all squad members and more customization possibilities for armour.

Make more weapons or make them more customizable.

Please do not do this DLC stuff for armour and wapons. It is okay to do DLC missions, but please, if i pay 60 € for a game, I want the armour and weapons stuff already IN the game.

And please make a combat system that's more like the one in ME1. It's okay to go into cover sometimes, but not throughout the whole fight. So please make stronger shields. And make the old ammo system with overheat. You could also us being able to choose which ammo system we would like.

Mass Effect 3 also needs a cool villain like Saren, someone you can actually chase around, not like Harbinger.

Show us the earth, either as an explorable invironment or in cutscenes.

Make the players able to customize their classes more.

Let players who didn't play ME1 or ME2 choose Shepards discisions from the other games, because Shepards default backround from ME2 was lame (Udina in the council/Wrex dead).

Make the Citadel bigger and add stuff from ME1 to it.

Don't make it so obvious which dialogue options are paragon and which are renegade in the dialogue system.

Important ---->:Make charm and intimidate skills and not dependant on paragon and renegade. I want to play like I want and not entirely paragon or renegade so I get the dialogue options I need.

Make the missions more complex and longer, like those in ME1.

Show us Elysium, because it is mentioned so often.

Make flashbacks to the First Contact War or the Skyllian Blitz.

Make squad members from ME1 recruitable.

Add a few companions and make a Batarian squadmember.

Add more open world elements.

Show some Protheans.

No, no, no, no and no. ME1 combat is a clusterf*ck at best. I believe ammo powers with exception of warp should be available to all players and squadmates in the form of mods which can then be mapped to the powerwheel. The gameplay in ME2 is far superior to ME1. Bring back crouch, but that's it.

hmm i guess i know how you feel about the me1 combat system...but in my opinion it was more challenging than in me2. ok if the enemies weren´t  that stupid for some times you wouldnt stand a chance i admit  (on higher difficulties of course^^).
the me2 combat was fast-paced and stylish...it was fun to watch thats for sure.
maybe a fusion between both would be good...i would like the the cover system from me2...but without the possibility of being invincible behind a small wall...+enemies changing tactics and forcing you to move, fall back, and/or push through...

...ok but all in all this game has a lot more aspects than just shooting things to shreds:

- the social aspect (it was great so far...now i want the whole crew to interact more with itself...group discussions  and maybe deeper relationships between them)

- the leveling aspect (this is one part that made ME feel like a rpg..together with great skill options and maybe additional armory customizations...perfect *.*)

- the "freedom"-aspect (me1 was too repetetive with its side missions...thats what most ppl out there think...landing on planet, driving, recovering things, and everything looks kinda the same...just with modified textures, the buildings had no real variety...ok i have to admit they dont have to look EXACTLY the same all the time...but come on it was realistic...if humanity was about to settle down in space there wouldnt be five-hundred different companies building spacecrafts and spacestations...not in those first years xD...but i am getting off the topic...me2 had a nice variety of missions but you didnt feel that freedom from the first game...maybe a fusion...planet travels with unique sidemissions would be perfect :D )

- story (the story was good so far...no i dont want to give some spoilers away now...just keep the voicework up, the dialouges, music and cameras of course^^ )

it happened again...wrote a half book here ~.~....but hey i really enjoyed those two games too much and even if its too late to change things or  no developer reads this...just exchanging thoughts about the future game is fun as well...keep it up guys...its nice to see what kool ideas some of you ppl have :D

I am a huge fan of the ME series and I want the third and final game in the trilogy to be the best game I've ever played (as the other 2 were when I played them).

As for ideas to make this happen...

- Tough moral choices with real consequences and affect the mission to save the universe. I.e squad members dying and decisions you made as far as the first game could make it impossible to defeat the reapers.

- The ammo system - I personally like the ammo/reloading from ME2 but I don't understand how you can run out of thermal clips for one weapon and still have ammo in all the others as they are "universal clips" I would like to see a hybrid where firing any weapon will cause you to run out of ammo in all your others but when you run out of ammo you can still shoot old school with your gun overheating (apart from heavy weapons ofc.)

- Bring back armour for your squad mates and give it the same customisation as Shepherd's. We all want to see Miranda in a skin-tight catsuit but in fire fights it is ridiculous, save it for the Normandy and hub worlds.

- More weapons! I liked the fact that each weapon is completely unique in ME2 but there needs to be more of them. Also bring back the weapon/ammo upgrades from ME1, I don't like the new way of using ammo powers. However, I did also like the researching upgrades in ME2 so maybe that could be incorporated somehow too.

- Space combat - I want to use the Normandy upgrades I spent resources on in combat and this would give the game even more variety.

- Co-op multiplayer - I don't think this would work in the main campaign as it would ruin the cinematic and quite frankly epic experience of the series. But I would like a new game mode where you can do missions with your friends and create a separate character and play as other races. I think this would be awesome and would add countless hours of play time to the game!

- Re-recruit characters from the first game (I don't think it needs any more new characters)

- Bring back experience for killing enemies and ideally give more for killing them in cool ways (headshots, using the environment, using multiple biotic powers on one enemy)

- Voice commands for squad members. Squad controls were improved in ME2 but still leave a lot to be desired

- Get rid of armour/shields blocking most biotic/tech abilities. I want to feel like I'm a god when I've maxed out my level on the final game as Shepherd. Also separate cooldowns for each ability and (only a minor thing) when I've spent the points to max out a power I want it to look different from before so it looks more powerful and cooler

- More vehicle exploration of planets. I liked how every planet looked different, detailed and beautiful in ME2 but I wanted to drive around and explore!

- Give the Hammerhead some shields so it can be a proper tank and not die straight away against rockets (other than that I like it much more than the Mako)

- Bring back the stats for guns so you can quickly compare which is best

I know Bioware is never going to include all these ideas I just hope I get some of these things and the third instalment lives up to everything it promises to be.

Agreed.  It was always out of range for me, and getting too close without cover is too dangerous.

Minigun is a MUST.

Or even better, Shepard holding a detached MAKO CANNON.

I may just send a letter to Bioware themselves or something, but I would love if this song were to make it into ME 3:

Stay Crunchy - Ronald Jenkees

This artist is very gifted and under publicized, and as well as him receiving some great publicity, this song just SCREAMS Mass Effect to me. Perhaps at the end credits.

Here is a link to the song, I would LOVE for this to happen, however insignificant it may be.

I just hope for a longer game. I would like around 70-80 hours to complete. Both ME's and DA took around 40-45. I want a long and in-depth game.

Yeah, I though the Collectors and Harbringer were a step back as villians compared to Saren and Sovereign and the geth in ME1. I was expecting a boss battle with him at the end as well. The human reaper boss is better than nothing though.

I don't know why they made the Citadel smaller in ME2 but yeah I would like it to be back to its original size once again. Mainly because the Citadel is suppose to be huge. I was actually shocked at how they shrunk it and its exploration aspect.

I would like some squad members from  ME1 recruitable but you got to remember depending on situation and decisions they can't be recruited. For example if your Wrex gets killed in ME1 instead of reasoned with. Also some characters are off doing their own thing like Wrex helping the Krogan of Tukunta (if he survives in ME1) and it might seem silly for them just to stop what they are doing and help Shepard in ME3. They might not be doing personal missions in ME3 it is just a possibility.

I definately want Liara in ME3 though. I guess it depends on how far in the future ME3 will take place. :)

I had an Idea and this is just the basic premise I didn't take the time to flesh it out but what if during the part where you take the Normandy2 from one planet to another you be attacked and boarded by a reeper sort of like random battles.

Instead of just Paragon and Renegade, there should also be a few "shades of grey" titles. For example: My Shephard was a ruthless earthborn who was a hard ass commander and was one of those "all work no play" types. However, at the same time he never broke any laws or took any bribes so he had about 75% Renegade bar filled up and 25% Paragon bar filled up, so he wasn't evil, he was just a ruthless by the books military commander. There should be some "shades of grey" titles for those who aren't super good or super bad.

Im sure of what I have said is not classed as spoilers.. but incase it is feel free to delete... but note.. some of these ideas are awesome !!!.....

I would like to see...
More references ingame to the books Ascension, Revelation and any future books. I want to play the game and come across a familiar place or play a section of the story in the books. Most of all come across characters that have been mentioned in the books and beable to interect acordingly and possibly contribute to the continuing story..
a perfect example would be, and I personally would love to see and play...
a quest involving the quarian ship Idenna where you could possibly stumble across this ship while it is or was on its deep space assignment, you find it without power drifting in a nebula for whatever reason... Im just speculating here any story involving the idenna would be great but ill continue in an attempt to inspire an idea.... You investigate the ship and you get to meet Gillian and Hendel. Ferthermore the quest could lead on or be lead when you get into contact with Gillians farther Greyson or Kahlee.. a situation derived from the persuit of Greyson maybe ? Or the investigation into the Ascension project ? The quest can get very moraly complicated as you are working for Curberus!... You work for Curberus, Illusive man wants to capture Gillian, Greyson wants to see his adopted daughter again, Kahlee and Hendel want to protect Gillian... The implications are awesome !!!

You could have the quest venture onto Omega, the investigation of or stumble across Pel's base of operation.
and the Jon Grissom Academy where you could investigate the Ascension project.
An investigation leading to the corporate headquarters of Cord-Hislop Aerospace... Where you break into the penthouse to find who is behind the cynical project where Gillian is the centre of attention... Then dum dum dahh!!  the illusive man in his office !!!

I keep seeing a lot of recruitable Liara and Wrex in 3 they have more important jobs now people! I can see them helping Shep on a job not the whole game being in his crew! I mean Liara was my LI if she wasn't like she was in 2s main story I'd kept her as my LI but she has a way more important job now that will be more valuable to Shep then her say giving the SB base to Faron and having him run it I trust her to run it not him. She can join up my Shep on one mission but she can't stay.

Ok mini rant over...

As far as between star systems or entering galaxies having random Cerberus agents (if u FU TIM), random Consior (if u stay w/ TIM) or random reapers attacking you I'd like that so long as they don't pull a FF and these random attacks happen every 1 - 3 seconds I'd say enter a start system or galaxy xamount of times and an attack happens. I'd also like these random attacks to occur on the Citadel, Omega, and other large hub stations same human bad guys and maybe some mercs with kill shepard orders or something but it would again be you go to hub xamount of times say every 3 times you come onto hub grounds a random attack happens and in different methods sometimes its a large group, sometimes its a sniper, other times they try to stab you or crew men, ect.

As far as having in character book people show up I've never read the books so they'd have to most likely do ones not directly connected with Shep like I heard in book Anderson has a GF so maybe we get to meet her at some point she's not related to Shep so she couldn't be like, " Oh hi Shep remember when me, Anderson, and you went to that club." this would get rid of confusion as to who is this girl and why is she going clubbing with my Shep who doesn't do clubbing unless it involves a badguy and a rifle butt.
