Instead of repeating questions from ME1 creator (growing up, military action and military behavior) ask what lead to change in ME2, basically what I mentioned above. For ME3, could be questions of siding with cerberus or not, Collector base saved or destroyed, love interest (possible none if staying loyal to ME1 love) and so on.

going back on track w/ wishlist:
I agree no 3D or no kenetic thing
I do agree ME3 must be darker they missed moments in 2 where they could've gone that way Mornith, some husk mines, ect
ahem, no, i'm talking about the incident where some MS guy leaked dozens of ME2 files on their main site prelaunch that was open for any xbox user to download. it was up on their website for six hours before they finally took it down and the forums went ape**** over the leak. the threads are still somewhere on the old site but that would've been back in january. i remember this bc my deushebag friend was poed he couldnt download anything bc he only had a dialup connection
that aside
yah, actual armor would be good as well as helmets when dealing with zero g zero o2 environments. i dont remember anyone walking around on noveria's surface with only little plastic mouthpiece or braving the vaccuum of space in an alliance marine teeshirt. take into consideration joker's brittle bones and...
edit: found the old thread in question
i dont agree with the op, and the people who downloaded it were just opportunistic. but in the future it'd be a lot... more something if they managed to keep things on the level. that's why its on my me3 wishlist

As for this thread: I definetly want to see a lot more customation, to the level of your N7 armor. If I want a cyan and red Mattock with some sort of recoil compensator on the barrel, darnit I want one!
Definetly nonliniear gameplay or more of it. Some of the N7 missions were kind of eh "Lets run through a path and kill everything." And I could see that you had to hurry your butt when the IFF was activated, but it would've been nice to run active tests when I'm on the friggin' ship.
Also those darn thermal clips. I believe I said it before, but I proposed an active cooldown system instead. Perfect example:

the mattock kicks ass and turns a lot of the noncombat classes into competent firefight operators. in this one story im toying with im thinking about having it be what the colonial militias used on mindoir and elysium since its history goes back that far. given what mightve gone down in me2 im not sure having an entire crew in cerberus uniforms is the best of ideas - i would love to see the cerberus logo wiped clean off the normandy. no more skin tight armor, it just doesnt make sense and after the second playthrough you kinda get tired of all the cgi body shots. the only thing that annoyed me about the thermal clips is that they were referred to as "clips" but then thats the gun nut in me.

It's really a pain to try and flank when I'm sneaking around and then when I'm in position and my cloak wears off and everything just wants to shoot at me. Makes no sense.

Lets get the ships crew active, if I stood at a work station as long as they did I'd suffer cramps!, have them wander to the empty stations doing whatever, the opening scene for the ship is a good example, a busy CIC, does not have to be quite so busy, but I'd like to see things like shift change, one crew member replacing another, just get them moving, currently they might as well be AI.

1. Squadmate resurection. Bring back squadmates (that haven't died) and make them recruitable or impact the story (big time) with quests that involve them. As well attach sidequests to each one, perferably quests that have to do with something that's transpired post ME2 or even in their past. Please make them interesting, exciting, believable and impacting on the story overall. I know it's a lot to ask but it will pay of in spades.
2. Inventory overhaul. I understand the reasoning to trim up the equipment and inventory but I felt that removed a very deep and rich part customization of your character. I would like the variety of weapons, armour and mods in ME brought back to ME3. I must note however that the DLC weapons in ME 2 really gave the weapon choices more flavor. I just want more that's all. Squadmates should get different types of armour as well. As for the inventory problem, why not sort armours, weapons, mods, etc. into their sub-catagories.
Eg. Armour: 1.Human 2.Alien (depending on which squadmate you're cusomizing it will jump to the proper armour group) >> 3 catagories 1a.Heavy 2a. Medium 3a. Light. And if you aquire the same weapon or armour it will be stacked with the other in the inventory, further condensing it.
I would like to see squadmates wearing different armour and being able to customize the paint scheme as well just as I was able to do in ME2.
If the inventory is overhauled in someway or another and reborn similar to ME I think this will make most players including me very happy.
3. Larger worlds & improved detail. I felt ME2 really wasn't all that much bigger than ME. There were a lot more defined paths with high detail in ME2, but no sense of the universe feeling bigger. I hope that when I start playing ME3 the worlds that I'm going to walk, run, fight and talk my way through are big, beautiful and full of detail. I want to hear myself saying 'Holy sh**" when I start exploring: Like my first time playing the first half of ME. That was truely my top moment in gaming. To clarify: more detail, improved worlds.
Also if the detail of any futher DLC armour, weapons or armour and weapons in general could have impoved detail up close it would be less/more destracting in cutscenes. (Terminus Armour)
Okay, I lied there are a few miscellaneous wishes that I want to mention:
A. Bring the Makeo back one way or another. I liked the planetary exploring on the ground, just have it more specific or have the ability to choose which vehicle to use.
B. There has to be at least 2 EPIC SPACE BATTLES. Nothing like kicking ass in all out war! (Side note: Normany battle minigame?)
C. More enteries in the Primary Codex. The ME Codex was a tantalizing and rich experience. I'd like to see many more new enteries or Secondary Codex enteries turned into Primary Codex enteries with narration.
D. EARTH. I wanna see Earth in the future dammit! We all do!
E. (Sorry forgot extremely important) Make the Citadel larger and more exciting with larger more explorable spaces. Please ME2 Citadel was a bomb compared to ME.
This is my wish list (with a few extras). I hope at least our common ideas and thoughts will be implemented into ME3.

I wouldn't mind seeing team cohesion missions. It's no secret that some of the crew members don't like each other. So in order to get the ones that don't like each other to....like each other, you have missions that they could go on together and get them to become closer to each other. Or you could have moments where you bring them together to have a talk and to hash things out. Or if they really hate each other you can have them spar with each other to get it out of their system.
More team speeches and conferences as well. You could call team/ship briefings, meetings or get togethers to build team cohesion as well as some loyalty or special perks.

Maybe the enemies have radar just like you do and your cloak not only protects you from sight but also from radar detection.

also I'd like some sort of records of the conversations I've had maybe another section in the journal that has a record every conversation since the beginning of the game or at least mission your currently on or something.
more of joker if you kill him off i might be mad
the Normandy make it more custom
if i kept wrex alive i want to see him in my crew
thane cured i mean the more neck breaking the better
more elevator rides with weird conversations by my crew

It's the future dude, I'm sure there's ways for your body not to absorb fat. Personally, I don't absorb fat, that something which disables me to absorb fat is surely modifyable, Miranda was created in any case, maybe they did something and the "fat" genes disappeared. I would see that happening, being fat is not healthy.

You can't have no body fat. In any case Miranda isn't fat.
Anyway it's more time consuming than anything else. Imagine, with so many characters each time you create an NPC you have to think about: male/female, fat/thin/medium, tall/small, type of face... How do you decide how many fat dudes/women there's going to have? It would be damn too complicated, it's enough complicated as it is.
