time for a new little list:

1. More diverse... well everything but for starters environments, lighting effects and such, for example it would be really cool to see a blacked out club with lazers everywhere. Maybe some strippers but you just see bits and pieces because of the light, or silouhettes.

2. More diverse combat
I want to see real skill trees in me3, it is an RPG after all, so that there are maybe three different kinds of vanguards, adepts, soldiers etc. A good example would be that in me2, no other vanguards can charge, which is bull**** but that's not the point, there could be something like
-Riot vanguard
Charges somewhat slowly(slower than assault vanguard) but knocks enemies in their path down or out of the way
-Scaredy vanguard
Specializes in shockwave, can't charge, you get the idea
- Assault vanguard
Charges very quickly and has low recharge times, but charges are meant to cover ground and don't have much force to them

Just an example.
I also want to see more dynamic squads, think gears of war, where there are "gang" missions/segments, "bro" missions and segments, and solo missions and segments
On top of that, more guns, a lot more, and they should FEEL DIFFERENT, we wont be looking at them much, so they should definitely have more wacky individual pros and cons, and I don't mean stupid rock paper scissors pros and cons, I mean weight, accuracy, ROF, bullet speed, sound, reticle, the way the kick feels etc.

EDIT: I almost forgot the two most important things!
No bull**** DLC, and

More killing and more options, I made the stupid mistake of not importing my ME1 shep, and ofc I have to be tied to a certain irritating alliance girl instead of my sexy blue alien  :crying: and I didn't get to tell a proper "**** off" which is really sad for me. Also my best bro is dead :crying: so anyways, I want to be able to kill more people more of the time, and I want to be able to tell people off PROPERLY, no big words or stupid one liners, I want it harsh and quick (That's what she said)

Also I want to see someone on the drug that causes neural scarring :)

The overheating and Thermal Clip system combined. If you have clips, use them. If not, you can still keep fighting, just your tempo will be slowed some.

And the UNC missions - combine the ME1 and ME2 system? With ME1 it was just "go here, land, kill these guys, leave" with of course, nice variety, but ME2 N7 missions felt a lot more interesting to do(more detail, I guess), but the areas themselves were fairly small. Of course, that's asking a lot since size and detail don't often go hand-in-hand with time and money. Actually, keep the ME2 system, but leave some more room for exploration. Just even some smaller detours and loot would be welcome.

I prefer the Armor of ME1 over ME2.  I don't mind the customizations, but bring back the Colossus armor, it was awesome.

That's right love the previous post's thought on the weapons.  I hated that if I was out of thermal clips I could'nt use the gun.

-i hope everyones walking around on the normandy, not always standing in the same spot in the same room all the time.
-i really want the upgrading like on me1 back.
-id like there to be an even larger team in me3. mabey double what it was in me2.
-i hope they dont kill off anyone like at the beginning of me2. especially not shepard!
-they need to make it so u go in different paths in the missions, not just from point a to point b in almost a straight line.
-there should be more importance to characters so like if they die itll mean something, u wont be like whatever.
-some more vehicles would be good.
-i want to see tali unmasked!
-i hope ashley returns like actually in the team.
- this ones kinda big, i want there to be more tough decisions. they need to work on this.

One important thing that Bioware should change for ME3 -dont put a standard class in the fast shepard's creation, push always people to choose a class, I have friends who never experienced other classes coz they dont understand much of English and always pres "A" to continue and they dont even knew the game has other awesome things to experience (like Vanguards) lol

Haven’t been on here for a while so update:

The ability to pick my XO from qualified candidates senses I divorced TIM I don’t want Miranda as my XO let me pick so far fair candidates are Miranda, Garrus, Jacob maybe picking whoever also helps, hurts, or hinders major battles in 3 (not all maybe 1 out of 3 or something)

I do think if you divorce TIM he should send shock troops to get you back so random attacks from Cerberus blackops in random locations or at least on ports 1 out of every 5 times you go to same port or something also with various kill methods group attack, double sniper attack, bombing, ect. I just don’t see TIM taking it so easy I told him off and essentially stole his ship and all my tech he put in me. I don’t think he’s that big on forgiveness.

I like the temporary deafness that occurs when rockets land too close to you keep that.

Ability to have Mako, improve cover, crouch, and grenades

Adding depth to import LIs from 2 maybe also LI missions that don’t effect them dying like it did in 2 but it effects how well they work with you both professionally and non. I’d like to go on at least one small date with LI (its optional they ask you say yes or no) but make it different for each one that also reflects their persona if you(BW) have to some fights can breakout like
Some date ideas
- Tali and Shep go out on Citadel and some antiQuarian people show up or she’s suppose to meet shep and she’s late so you go to find her at a store being harassed by people who say she stole even though she did nothing if you can convince Csec she’s not guilty you can go about your day w/ dialogue referring to it if you can’t then you both go to jail for the night she goes because they thinks she’s guilty you go because either you won’t leave her or punch the Csec officer so you can stay with her.
- Miranda would be Illium at a beautiful restaurant that overlooks spectacular views I’d say the date goes off w/o a hitch but if BW has to maybe Krogans dropship in and want to kill Shep courtesy of TIM (if left) or Blue suns (if still with him sense you blow up their ops in 2).
- Garrus I imagine you’re meeting him in a bar to go somewhere else later but in the bar anti human Turian or Terra Ferma show up and cause a mess there and a brawl happens
- You get the idea the fights can be quick they don’t have to last an hour and have wave after wave or anything

Bring back ME1 zoom style, speed, and stamina sprint in 2 Shep felt very out of shape which could be explained with 2 years of zero activity but in 3 he/she should’ve been working on that so speed it up, make it longer, and unlimited when not in combat.

Also however OP of 3 goes about if they go to trial or are found guilty/innocent refer to in through out the game don’t be like what happened in 2 you died you get 2 mentions and that’s it also can the fact Shep hasn’t had proper time to greave over self death play some mental part in 3 I just think naturally it would those who go through near death experiences have it effect them the rest of their lives shep died so I’d think that’s going to do a wee bit more mental scarring there.

Proper pacing and thoughtful plausible script writing for Garrus’s family, Rannoch negotiations and visit and or raid if these subjects are covered don’t be scared to use all 5 wheel spots if necessary to get as many possible plausible emotional views as possible so players feel they could say very close to whats in their minds.

Speaking of that wheel….can summaries match a little more if a character asks do you want a sandwich? And the wheel shows yes/no and you hit no don’t have shep be like I hate sandwhiches and I spit in your general directions. You’ve gotten some complaints like the I got better line when referring to your death and such if you want to put that line in there please have a second option like, (dieing) “It still hard, I’m still have some sleepless nights over it” or something so you can pick did your shep just miraculously get better or are they still dealing with their death.

Overheat of weapons in 3 no more ammo/thermal clips

If potentially KIA squad mates from 2 died in 2 then don’t make a stand in for whatever they where suppose to do like if Legion died in 2 then Ronnach negotiations with Quarians has a slim chance of success (not impossible but very hard) so if not just said right but it needs to be handled just right if you can’t negotiate Rannoch becomes take back all out war with Geth. Don’t pull a Wrex dies so got his brother so players can still access Tuchanka for non-important missions. What should’ve happened no Wrex = you go to Tuchanka and they want your head and want you off the planet = no help in 3 from Krogan.

I like prior poster’s description of different vanguard classes like Assault vanguard
Charges very quickly and has low recharge times, but charges are meant to cover ground and don't have much force to them

I ‘ve been wanting to just use the charge option to just super zoom across the battlefield to fast get to locations!

You can't have no body fat. In any case Miranda isn't fat.

Anyway it's more time consuming than anything else. Imagine, with so many characters each time you create an NPC you have to think about: male/female, fat/thin/medium, tall/small, type of face... How do you decide how many fat dudes/women there's going to have? It would be damn too complicated, it's enough complicated as it is.

I think that the Cerberus Daily News of 11/07/2010 - Nanotech Diet Aid "The Skale" On Shelves Today suggests that fat is still an issue.

More banter between squad members, on missions and in the Normandy, like how it was in Dragon Age.

How about Shep and the crew having to option to do something fun once in a while? What if you go for a date on Illium with your LI, or take the crew to Afterlife and get smashed. How about coming into the cockpit and seeing Joker and EDI playing chess? It's these sorts of little things that add up and really make the game immersive and make you care about the characters.

I do not know if this is already said...too much to be read...but please, PLEASE, more variety of Hairstyles (Hate the badass Shepard with his "good boy/girl" short well-cut hair, I want my female shepard to have mohawk, or long messy hair, or a male shepard with that rockstar long hair), and...oh...how about Normandy upgrades that actually you can interact with (minibar, some pool/poker/quasar desks, training room, GYM, penthouse, home theater with Vaenia vid included, and why not some arcades!!!) and yes, definetly Tali s face shown (if loyal enough).

I've been reading and many people seem to want 20 different squad members. I myself would rather something more along the lines of having a few solid squad members return as your Normandy crew and have other former squad member be in contact with Shepard but not always available as a squad member. To clarify what I'm trying to say I give you an example scenario:

*(Note just an example/ rough idea)

In ME3 Shepard's readily available crew consists of Jacob and Miranda, plus Joker and other Normandy crew. Now the others are off doing their own thing but that does not mean they are not available to use as squad members. So for example, Garrus has become a specter and has his own missions to attend to but, you(Shepard) decide you want Garrus as one of your squad members for an upcoming mission and you get in contact with him and ask for his help on said mission. Of course Garrus obliges and u complete the mission, say "later Garrus" and you go off to do other missions. Then you get a message from Garrus asking for your ass-kicking expertise because he's tracking some Batarian pirates and needs your help and dependending on how you answer is request will play into loyalty with that squad member - Garrus. So if you(Shepard) happen to say no ( having paragon and renegade options i.e. a nice way of saying no and of course the not so nice way of saying no) eg. " Sorry Garrus i've got my hands full with the collectors" or " I'm not wasting my time dicking around with petty Batarians!" will effect Garrus' future interactions with you(Shepard) so he may end up saying no to your future request.

But of course in the end you assemble all of your team for the final mission of the game!

Also note* that for me i would not still be working with Cerberus. I would be a Specter/ with

the Alliance, so no Miranda for me but rather Ashley or Kaiden. But i would still have Jacob because Jacob is awesome!

Anyways tell me what you think! give suggestions etc.

I want the command hud to allow you to use a birds eye tactical veiw of the battle field or for you to be able the move the camera more. I'm finding the current system where camera movement is limited increasingly annoying especially as an infiltrator because I’m mostly around the back and trying to get my squad into good positions so to catch enemies in crossfire and its a nightmare. You can't properly flag a SM into cover unless that cover is directly in your line of sight. Same goes for using powers, I could scream every time I tell one of my SM to use a power on something right in front of them but they instead fire it into the cover in front of me that they should not even be able to hit from where they are. Its goddam annoying.

I want for Christmas... I mean ME3

A change of the ammo system seen in ME2. I dont like being unable to go out and buy more Mini nuke ammo or grenade ammo... a set amount game wide kinda sucked.

Make the classes special abilities more prominent... That invisibility or cloak should actually be useful... sneak up behind an enemy grab and break neck style... or knife into chest.
On that note give your squad some bad ass finishing moves that just randomly show up or something, Like a Grunt charge or kick down, Jack biotic blast the guy into nothing, Samara rip the person limb by limb with biotics... that sort of stuff. (Basically some over the top stuff showing why your squad is so dangerous and awesome)

More cool interchangeable armor pieces. There were a fair amount but still not enough unique looking single sections.
In addition squad armor that isnt just the same leather outfit... Ya we all liked miranda's ass but when she is out side of a space craft wearing a set of lulu lemon pants or a pair of leather chaps it doesnt really make sense. Your squad needs armor! (leather doesnt tend to block bullets well...)

Weapon upgrade system was awesome!! only thing that was unfortunate is your gun didnt feel different, need to beable to purchase or unlock bigger clip, better scope, silencer... you get the idea

A little bit more free exploration of the cities, the first games citadel although kinda slow(all ME1 was) was very cool to explore and interact with and learn more about the people of the galaxy. Or just let us go back to the persidium as well as the wards.

Join back up with Alliance Navy? Visit earth at least a space port in San Fran or Edmonton ;) Hell lets seee the asari and Turian homeworlds (maybe even see them get wiped out? or even like earth or another human planet)... maybe even quarian if the geth and quarians stop ****ing at each other.

I guess thats all I want for chirstmas... Esthetic stuff mainly if I wanted the game changed well I wouldnt play ME or consider it the best game of all time!

IMO the decisions and consequences of ME3 could learn something from One Chance: www.newgrounds.com/portal/view/555181

Sure ME3 should have "good" endings but none of them should be waltz to get and even they should come at huge costs.

ie. Save Tali and doom every other Quarian or sacrifice Tali to save majority of Quarians.
Or that focusing on stopping Reapers guarantees the best chances of success while leaving you without romances, some interesting side-quests etc. or you can put yourself before the main mission and seek romance, help the little people with their little problems etc.

But the decisions only got smaller in ME2 so I don't have much expectations. All squadmates could easily survive and there was only 1 real decision

Sometimes I think that real life "appends" a scenario game Mass Effect-3. Recent data from NASA scientists and some association with these data, I tried to explain in a short musical film. Even if it's fantasy - may be the developers of the Mass Effect-3 should pay attention to the strange facts in our solar system to-day?

If interested - take a look:

More extra stuff in collectors/limited edition of ME, ME2 only had a book that was uniqe, the documentary that came with CE was released on the internet before the game came out and you had already seen it when you got the CE.

More or unlimited ammo as in ME1 where guns overheat, hate reloading!

Being able to crouch, in or outside of cover, since it makes firefights more intresting.

Being able to customize weapons like in ME1.

Grenades...... lots of em! makes the firefights harder (and easier) when someone throws a grenade at you(or vice versa)^_^

But I'll still get ME3! <3<3<3

Agreed. Seriously, what do you do with TWELVE squad mates? While I always loved Garrus, Tali, Mordin, thought Miranda, Jacob and Thane were interesting characters, Jack and Zaeed mildly (there wasn't much about Zaeed), I thought Grunt, Samara and Legion were boring. A cloned Krogan? Perfect war-machine? Perfectly without any kind of personality yes. I always found the code thing to be quite ridiculous too honestly. With less character, you truly can develop them a lot more and make sure they're interesting.

1. A Quest-hub like the Citadel was in ME1 before you left the citadel
for the first time you could easily quest an hour or two and still have a
lot of quests for later.

2. bring back the Planets to explore and the sidemissions on those planets
and the updated mako from the PC version where you could zoom and
accurately hit you targets plus the mako has a decent shield and a good
armor the mako has more Authoritah.

3. Transform the survey-able from ME1
Planet's into Planetscanner ones or like i read in another post let us delegate the mining

4. A Inventory and loot system the Levelrange to 60 and full character-development

5. The ability to mod weapons and armor like in ME1 if possible with the research system from ME2
upgrading the Normandy was awesome

6. The "Citadel-Elevators" and the "loading" logo instead of screens and squad and crew banter People that are not just standing around.

7. The Normandy doesn't undock every time you enter <_
8.Keep the FPS mechanic from ME2 it is frakkin awesome but please use the
skill system from ME1 along with the full skill tree the global cool-down from ME2 is .:pinched:

9.Please please reduce the amount of loading screen to a minimum like only inside the Normandy. :crying:

10.Make the mission debriefing a conversation and not a just a static screen like the mission report to the council

11.Combine the Ammo-system from ME1 + ME2 so you can instantly cool down a weapon with a thermal clip or use it normal and have to wait till it cools down on its own

12.Less Automatism

I don't have much to expect other than...

- Female Turians, Salarians, Krogan, etc.

- Asari and human children (possibly other races' too)

- More background NPC activity (enough with the standing around'')

- A chance to visit the other homeworlds like Thessia and Palaven

Also I find it ridiculous that Shepard still wears his/her helmet when drinking...

I want the best plot twist EVAR! But...I don't want it to be related to the main quest, I want it to affect Shepard on a personal level. If Bioware can do both without falling into campy territory, I'm all for it. I trust Bio, and expect em to look at their own backlog (heck, even KOTOR2) for fantastic twists. But please do not look at the Bioshock one, that was horrible and the game lost all gravitas after that.
