I was playing the other day, and I had my strat guide out for giggles, and something caught my eye. It said, "If you have a powerful biotic on your squad, use pull on the enemies." I thought - why the adjective? Any biotic with pull can pull enemies, power has nothing to do with it. And then I realized - that's the problem.
The paper-rock-scissors works. It really does. I think the frustration happens when I have all of my biotics or tech or whatever maxed out, and my powers still have no effect on a target because they don't work against the defense. My idea (which may have been offered already, I'm not reading 300 pages,) at level 3, a power can go through one layer of defense. At level 4, the area effect can go through one layer of defense (albeit slightly weakened) for multiple enemies, or through 2 layers of defense against a strong enemy.
Also, finding a class's uber-weapon (Claymore, Revenant, Widow,) was great, but it's kinda anti-climactic for classes that don't use those weapons. I want to see ultimate weapons in pistol and SMG for those who want them.

BIOWARE, please let us import our DLC gear over to ME3 (example: collector gear, terminus gear) some of us worked real hard to get that and would be disapointed if we had to pay for it again (unless it was touched up and geared to whatever new armor system you have cooking, or given special enhancements like boosted attributes or the option to go helmetless

ME2 is great...awesome, but:
1) We need diferent animations for our Fem-Shep (no more cowboy seat XD)
2) Helmet toggle (and interfaces)
3) Less planets, more substance.
4) More bosses and tough enemies trough the game.
5) XP for fighting and not only for surviving missions (Shepard, renegade or paragon, is still a bad-ass)
6) Sidequest triggered by characters and not by an e-mail.
7) More upgrades and tecnologies, but unique ones (i.e it would be great to aquired something from the Shadow Broker). But keep the costumization system aboard the Normandy... you nail that one... it's so stupid to carry almost 100 guns with you, even on the ship.
8) Individual (and powerful) melee attacks for each class... and elbow punch to knocking down a Krogan? Come on! {smilie}. For example, Liara's Biotic Punch it'll be great for adepts.
9) Revisit the biotic powers. It would be great if each character has unique powers and uniques form for "casting" them. For example, Miranda's Slam is the coolest power in the game, along with biotic charge. On ME1 I was an adept, and when I started with ME2, I keeped that way, but after a couple of hour I get titred of just throwing blue balls.
10) Don't limit the use of amunation to a certain class... make it expensive or hard to find, but since all character use the same kind of weapons is silly to limit it use.
11) and of corse, please keep the amazing story, dialogs and character desing... ME4life!

1) make the dialogue wheel mean what you actually want to say.
2) Needs more space hamster, maybe get him a girlfriend.
3) If there are fish there should be an automatic feeder, your on a space ship for **** sake, you can't tell me no one has invented an automatic feeder

I don't know if this has been suggested, but something I would love to see included is conversations more customized to our class. In mass 1, adept shep would routinely pull out the assault rifle he wasn't even trained in. I would love to see one or two interrupts or paragon/renegade conversation options in ME3 that are influenced by our class. For example, in a hostage situation, adept, vanguards could biotically pull the gun out of a terrorists hands, a soldier could shoot it, and an infiltrator engineer could overload it. All the same outcome, but making the role more effective. This could hopefully cut down on variables, making it more feasible for inclusion. Thanks for consideration!

Victor target - effectively, use one of your off screen allies (Normandy, snipers, biotics) which have a shared cooldown, which calls in a support move, e.g., In open environments, the Normandy swoops in for a GARDIAN run, where damage is determined by main weapon upgrades, duration determined by Fuel upgrade, and durability determined by armor/shield upgrade.
Also, the Normandy passively improved by class, e.g., soldier - guns, infiltrator - stealth, vanguard - speed, sentinal - armor, engineer - shields, adept - FREE FUEL (muhahahaha) ...errr...improved Eezo core.

I think i have a great idea if the intventory the does not return in MS3, i'll use the vangurad as an example, the vanguard can only use one weapon tthe shotgun, he as two extra weapon slots on his back, why not like us use those two slots, the claymore in his back hip, the katana on his right and scimitar on his left, same for the infiltrator a sniper on his back hip, on his right and one on his left, think this is a great idea, that would just work perfect. your killing collects with the the claymore, a group of husk rush in the claymore becomes usless because it reload after every shot, you just switch the best shot shotgun for the situation the scimitar, or the soilder beig able to take out his sniper and shotgun to replace them with AR, or all snipers if you wish.

I'd really like for Kasumi and Zaeed to return, even if they're just DLC characters.
Make the squadmates use the weapons they actually have in cutscenes, instead of letting them pull assault rifles out from Hammer Space.
More unique squad powers besides their loyalty powers. Like Kasumi's Shadow Strike. That wasn't a loyalty power, but it made me pick her instead of most other squadmates who focuses on powers many times.

For people importing ME2 characters, let us keep our powers and special weapons training, and unlock levels 31-50. This is reasonable if you keep the existing pattern of increasing the amount of points needed to continue to level up a power. For example, we could come in with what was a maxed out Hardened Adrenaline Rush, but improving it in ME3 would cost five more points, where upon doing so we get another choice: to add Heightened Adrenaline Rush or an Uber-Hardened Adrenaline Rush.
For those importing characters who were also level 60 in ME1, reward them by unlocking levels 31-60; and maybe giving them an additional bonus power to fill out the number of points.
People starting a new game in ME3 can do the same thing a new character from ME2 did and start from level 1. Adjust the difficulty accordingly.

Please bioware try to avoid the 2-dimensional path of the PARAGON shepard or the RENEGADE shepard.
Reward mixed decisions based on the situation...

This is what I want from ME3:
-make the squadmates use the weapons they actually have in cutscenes
-bring back Charm/Intimidate system from ME1
-just a little more RPG elements
-armor for squad in the battle
-I trust Bioware not to disappoint me with the story and characters,so...

Vehicles: I really liked the open layout of planets, the mako was fun but annoying to drive.
The hammerhead was much better imo, but i would like to see some(if only 2) upgrades for it.
level layout: I liked the slums in Omega better than any other.(because it had multiple safe positions to shoot from.) but i would like either like 2 or 3 paths for each level. even if they all go exactly the same way. just to get a different angle to attack from.
Inventory: ME2's was much better than ME1's(imo) but i would like to see some selling options & more upgrades for individual guns.
Armor: I loved the customization of Shep's armor in ME2 but would like options for your squad mates that do different things.
Morality: I absolutely hated how i had to chose one solid path to save Tali & legion my 2nd time through. Maybe have it so you get critical conversation options based on specific decisions you've made instead of having to chose one path.
The only thing i really want them to do is so that when i tell my squad mate to use a power it actually comes from them instead of hitting the wall in front of me.
Otherwise i trust Bioware will make ME3 The best in the series.

I really don't get why everybody wants to keep all their upgrades from ME2 when they import their character to ME3... You don't buy a brand new game you've never played before, just to start out with everything already unlocked. I think the way Bioware gives you a bonus for doing certain things (like leveling up fully) is all you need, if you want to keep all your upgrades as soon as you start the game then just hit New Game+, otherwise, it ruins the whole point of a new game...

-More character conversations: I hate how after you finish a character's loyalty quest, you cannot talk to them about anything else, unless you want to romance them.
-I don't really mind the MAKO, but I don't love it either. Here's an idea: How about you take the shuttle to land on a planet? Sometimes you would have to walk to your destination, but other times, for example, you may find an old boat or something that you have to drive across water to get to where you're going. (Yes, boats.)
-No slow elevators like there was in ME1. If it's the future, then why is the Normandy elevator as slow as molasses? I know they're not in ME2, but there's still a very long loading time just to go from one deck to another. It shouldn't take very long to load the Normandy.
-The font was hard to read in ME2. Make the font white, but outline it with black so conversation options are visible. Not everyone has a digital TV.
-I liked the message system in ME2. But I didn't like how you couldn't talk to your crew members about a message you received about them. Maybe more interactive messages that you can receive missions through, instead of hate-mail or thank-you notes? (Even though I don't mind either one.)

I really also want some same sex romances beyond just the asari, i was looking forward to romancing miranda with my femshep and was let down at the end. I love mass effect just want a little more freedom in that area and it would be nice for a female skeleton for femshep (not too girly) but don't make her walk around like a "butch"

I'm very, very sure this has been said in the previous 300 pages somewhere, but the thing I'd like to see, more than anything else in ME3, is for Bioware to licence the Blue Öyster Cult on the soundtrack. Hell, they could put ewoks in the game and I'd still love it if they got the BÖC for the end credits.

I'm pretty sure they're going to have multiple endings that are based on the decisions you made and try to satisfy as many people as they can.
Bioware, make this game as awesome as possible, cram it onto 3 discs if you have to!!! forget about the whiners that say they don't like fumbling with two discs.

2) return of Admiral Hackett (at least his "messages", but I would prefer personal meeting)
3) bigger role for Councilor Anderson
4) no DLC!!! Cant you make one datadisc or big addon? Why do you have to make all of those DLCs?
5) richer RPG features
6) automatic collecting of thermal clips or return of overheating
7) possibility to be kind to a character without ending in a bed
8) unclear storyline. I mean, in ME2, it is clear how the game will end from first dialouge with Illusive Man
