More class specific armors...lighter armor for non soldiers

Gianna Parasini as a Companion/LI

Kal'Reegar as a Companion

Of course continuation for any potential LI's from 1 and or 2

If I had my way i'd no longer have Shepard taking orders from just one person...but a collection of Intel from Illusive Man, Shadow Broker, Anderson, and Council. With the whole universe under attack I think really everyone should be in a panic, and seeking the aid of the one person who has experience with these things...Shepard.

Non-Cerberus Miranda/Jacob

I'd really like to see 3 companions in missions...or even 2 of your companions and a 3rd companion such as in LOTSB sense of a temp companion joining your group for a mission...like say Wrex helping out during a mission on his homeworld.

More backstory for Legion I wanna know why he got Shep's N7 armor I have my suspicions but I want more then just No Data At This Time

Lastly...to see what the Quarin look like under their mask!

Automated fish feeders. Seriously, 6000 for a fish and it dies. Get Kelly to feed it then she;s not doing anything.

Seriously:

Want to meet/deal with Miranda's dad.

I want Billy to just try and carve his name in my head.

I've been playing Mass Effect and Mass Effect 2 from the very beginning.
It is my favorite game series of all time (especially the outstanding
music).

I wanted to make one suggestion
for Mass Effect 3 for the developers. Please put the ability to crouch
back in to the game. It is one of my favorite things in the original
Mass Effect that is missing in Mass Effect 2. I love the feel of the
crouching in Mass Effect 1. It is awesomely implemented and I would love
to see it return in Mass Effect 3.

Keep up the awesome work!

I would like better AI for companions or (if possible) more unique combat strategies for each individual and dependant on equiped weapon.

I've just finished Garrus' loyalty mission on insanity and I realised two things 1: Positioning your squad before triggering a battle resets when the battle starts and 2: Garrus, a very experienced and cool headed combatent thinks its a good idea to run in to the open and trade blows with 2 heavily armoured, missile firing, minigun weilding killing machines, despite being equiped with a sniper rifle. I have no problem believing Grunt or Jack would do that but Garrus should know better.

Dont get me wrong I dont want the game to be easier, just better tactically without having to 'pause' the action every 10 seconds to stop my squad going on suicide runs.

You could have offensive companions like grunt or jack who run straight in to the middle of the action , with your job being cover fire and drawing enemy fire, who would be best for storming bases or through enemy lines such as Garrus' recruitment mission. Others would be tactical companions like Garrus or Zaeed who draw fire while keeping their positions and leaving you to take out most of the enemy, good for your average fire fight such as on the collectors ship and the others would be defensive like Tali, good at defending positions like the end of Legions loyalty mission.

Also could we have multiple endings ranging from the entire galaxy being destroyed to all home worlds saved and reapers destroyed based on major decisions through out the trilogy, theres no point giving us choices if they dont have real consequences beyond the odd squadmate dying.

[EDIT] Just realised thats a really negative first post, so would like to point out that i love ME2 really

I want a paragon decision to bite me in the ass.

Heck, I want quite a few paragon decisions to bite me in the ass.

Some major ones too.

(e.g: saving the council)

An interface change: Please give us an option make the HUD button/key a "toggle" (tap once to bring it up, tap again to close it) and not a "hold" (have to keep pressing it so long as you want it to stay).

There are many things I would like to see in the third installment of Mass Effect.  But I think one of the biggest things is the Citadel to be big again.  In the first game the Citadel was huge with tons of stuff to do, whether it was visiting the clubs or speaking with the council.  And why shouldn't it be huge?  seeing how the Citadel is such an important part of the Mass Effect galaxy...  And then in the second game they down sized the Citadel so much that it hardly feels like the giant space station that it is.  All of it is made worse by the fact that you can only stare at the Presidium.

everyone who agrees that the Citadel needs to be made bigger and grander please reply so that we might be able to get the mass effect creators to make this change.

Cheers.

Yes I absolutely agree.  The citadel was way too small, what happened to walking around the presidium and the elevator rides?  I mean I know there were some people who disliked the elevator rides.  but a lot of people I talked to agreed that the elevators gave the citadel a bigger feeling and if there are going to be long load times anyways, I say why not put the elevators back in.  Just add a bit more dialogue over the radio and amongst the crew.

MAKE THE CITADEL BIGGER!!! I just finished ME2 last week and as amazing as I thought it was, I was very disappointed by how small the Citadel was. Please bring back the Presidium, the Citadel Tower, and yes bring back the elevators (as much time as they took, they added to the magic of the Citadel)

Another thing I would like to see brought back is customizing weapons.  I liked all the different types of ammo. and buying and selling weapons and ammo to shops really added to the experience.

yeah the elevators should be brought back, I know we all seem like little kids (first not wanting something and then as soon as its gone wanting it back) but if I had a choice between long load times and elevator rides I would choose elevators,  and they do make the world seem bigger so I say bring em back.

I to think they should bring back the customizing of weapons, just clean it up a little from the first and/or give a tutorial on how to use it.

I thought it was fun choosing which gun to give to which squad mate in the first ME like you to be like; okay this is the best shot gun, so I will give it to my squad mate who is best at shot guns, and since I'm best at assault rifles I will give myself the assault rifle that does the most damage with the steady aim equipped.  Those kind of RPG elements really made the first game great.

Also, NO MULTIPLAYER!!!

Ages ago I complained how boring the gameplay of ME2 is, that I want it more like ME1 or atleast more like Gears of War...

I just lately played Army of Two and I got to say that's what the core gameplay should be like. I can crouch, the cover is dynamic, levels feel natural and not just shooting galleries, AI partner is worth something and is convincing as a person and not just a turret, reviving is better than in Gears, weapon shop and customization are better than what ME2 has, money is a good constant encouragement to replay unlike just a dozen of choices, enemy AI is somewhat challenging and fun (though I don't want to see RPG guys shooting me from 2 feet away or having enemies run back and forth on the open just cause like they sometimes do). The only gripes are the fully regenerating health (partial regeneration with a couple of medpacks for more severe damage would be great) and strict weapon classes (why can't I have 2 snipers but I can have 2 machine guns?)

AoT doesn't really have a story, length or anything but just the core gameplay has made it one of my favorites this gen.

In my experience playing ME1, I always forgot I was crouching and then I wondered why I was going so slow when I left cover. Since the main purpose of crouching was to take cover, the streamlined cover-taking system in ME2 made crouching a bit superfluous (unless you're a teabagging fiend).

I concur. At the very least, the ability to propose to your LI would be nice. I'm not sure if there should be any actual weddings in-game per se, since we don't know if everyone (or anyone for that matter) will survive the Reaper invasion. But if they do survive, some pictures or short clips at the end of the game (maybe during the credits) that show some of the events in our favorite characters' lives after the main storyline is over would be a nice little bonus.

Jeez, where to start?

Ok, firstly, an improved HUD, the one in ME2 is imo inferior to the one from the 1st, especially in relation to actually having a health bar and making medkits actually worthwhile.

Secondly, no more planet scanning - the Normandy is a warship, not a science vessel.

Next I'd like to see more intelligent squad members. NWN2 (I know it's Obsidian and not Bioware). I remember being able to set actions for individual members in various situations - although that might have been because I downloaded a mod for that. Either way, an option to set a character for staying in cover and relying on shooting/biotics/tech attacks or advancing and charging would be cool.

I'd like to see crouching return as it really made sniping from long range a lot more accurate.

Individual ability recharge times and not a one-for-all system.

A return of the female Shepard walking animation from the 1st game - I'm tired of seeing my ME2 femshep doing her morning after a night with Grunt walk.

An improved inventory (not as bas as the 1st game but certainly better than the one in ME2) and the return of custom ammo, not having ammo 'skills'.

Aswell, I'd like:

- Mako (or somthing similar, but not hammerhead) + detailed and non-repetitive planet surfaces

important to me is that the vehicle has wheels. That creates a more "Apollo11-Space-Mission" atmosphear, what I loved in ME1.

i would like there to be the option to be able to change your facial apperance THROUGHT the game, not just at the beginning. u shouldnt have to start over just to edit your eyes, ears, and so on. same with the name.

i hope that there will be a diiferent button to take cover than to run. whenever i try to run away from like a bunch of enemies, i always accidently hide against the wall and get killed.

no more of this plantium, iridium bs. which brings up another thing. there should be another way to earn credits in me3. i was always broke cuz i was spending all my credits on fuel and probes. then i would buy the weapon/ armor stuff only to find out you dont even get it till u have enough element zero or whatever. its like you have to buy everything twice. i hated that.

i hope you get to meet the illusive man in person. lol you all kept calling him tim n i was like "whos tim? theres no tim on me" lol

more trophies/achievements, not just mostly progress and a few others. like it should have what me2 had for progress and about 2-3 times as many others as it had.

no killing people off at the beginning. if someones going to die, make it happen later in the game, so it doesnt seem like theyre just being killed off.

oh and waaayyy back i said i didnt want helmet on/off back, but what if the helmets were like isaac's on dead space where its like part of your suit. this way it wouldnt just dissappear into nothing.

and yes the me1 leveling up system.

Even if there isn't going to be a Samara romance, Shepard should have the possibility to try it again. If he/she did so in ME2 it should be referenced.

Also, please no drm like in ME1. ME2 did it a lot better.

1. A Quest-hub like the Citadel was in ME1 before you left the citadel
for the first time you could easily quest an hour or two and still have a
lot of quests for later.

2. bring back the Planets to explore and the sidemissions on those planets
and the updated mako from the PC version where you could zoom and
accurately hit you targets plus the mako has a decent shield and a good
armor the mako has more Authoritah.

3. Let us delegate the mining or a ME1 type resource collection over planetscanning

4. A Inventory and loot system and full character-development

5. The ability to mod weapons and armor like in ME1 if possible with the research system from ME2
upgrading the Normandy was awesome

6. The "Citadel-Elevators" and the little "loading" logo in the corner instead of screens and crew banter
People that are not just standing around.

7. The Normandy doesn't undock every time you enter. <_
8.Keep the FPS mechanic from ME2 it is frakkin awesome but please use the
skill system from ME1 along with the full skill tree the global cool-down from ME2 is :pinched:

9.Please please reduce the amount of loading screen to a minimum like only inside the Normandy :crying:

10.Make the mission debriefing a conversation and not a just a static screen like the mission report to the council

11.Combine the Ammo-system from ME1 + ME2 so you can instantly cool down a weapon with a thermal clip or a prolonged time till the weapon cooled down on its own

12.Less Automatism

13.Please use ME1+ME2 to continue the Story of ME3
Since you had to leave out some stuff for the Comic

14.It would be great if the Continuation of events from ME1+ME2 would be more than just E-Mails in general :D

Possibility to get reinstated as a spectre if that was missed out in ME2.

Paramour Achievement for being loyal to the ME1/ME2 LI.

The same or least similar system requirements like the previous games.

Absolutely.

Also, I liked the little part in ME2 where you could play as Joker. A small segment where you could assume direct control of your squadmates would be nice. (playing Garrus during his spectre assessment test would be fun. :-)

A bit more than "some" think that multiplayer is stupid.  In a study I read, it said at least 85% of ME fans are against multiplayer of any kind.  And I am definitely part of that 85%

My wish for ME3 is that the developers stay the course that made ME2 a superior game compared to ME1 and keep "RPG elements" down to a minimum. More actual, you know...roleplaying and less inane implementations to fulfill narrow-minded interpretations on what makes a proper RPG.
