The way we had the traveling in ME2 was good, but they can have other ships in space that travel between planets like in the games i mentioned. That way you can have space battles (attacking pirates and ect) you can also ecort and protect convoys.
There should also have some sort of goods to buy form one planet that are more expencive in others, so there is an economy thing going on.
Oh Please guys, When I kill some giant gunship thingy I wan experience for it not just for finishing the quest.
Other than that I want just the basic stuff more weapons, armor, vehicles, places, more powers per squad-mate and ect...

1) That Bioware keeps up the awesome work!
2) That it was already out (the suspense has already started!)
3) Everyone on the Normandy is romanceable, at the same time, so before the final mission of ME3 you throw some kind of roman orgy in the cargohold.
I would have liked to have seen a few more large enemies - comparable to the geth colossus and armatures. We did have heavy mechs and gun-ships, which were neat but a little too widely spaced.

Give the romances a chance to carry over from one game to the next. I'm not saying there shouldn't be new ones available but I should be able to pick things up with Liara or Tali or whoever I've slept with before provided put some effort in to it. Maybe that means help them with a mission so they're free to come back on board, maybe something else. But the fact is I should have to choice, I don't want to be forced to sleep with someone different in each game and I don't want to be celibate either.
... ok I admit it, I just want to have Liara back and wasn't happy that I didn't even get to discuss it properly with her.

To the whiners,
Too many of you seem to have O.C.D. Or you're just miserable people. Everything bores you, or everything is not fun, or everything could be better.
This is one of the best games I have ever played in my life. The more things you list that "irk" you about this gorgeous, expertly designed, incredibly entertaining game, the more you should start looking at what's wrong in your life that you can't enjoy anything without complaining about it.

After doing the character related quests (which were good) I was looking forward to exploration and endless sidequests, with interesting events and meaningful development. Instead I got three short and easy missions, endlessly cut up by inane pep-talks and melodrama. Then the game ended, leaving me annoyed and not coming back.
It feels like the game was released before the content had been fully developed, even the amount of weapons is ridiculous and doesn`t affect the gameplay in a meaningful way. I finished Mass Effect 1 4 times and only quit to get more important things done in real life. I have played ME 2 once and will not return, nor will I buy new content online.
I don`t think I`ll even consider buying the next game after this, because judging by the deterioration of quality from 1 to 2 it will be little more than an ad for the US marines, propaganda and pomp included, free of content.
Semper fi!

As for 3 (or maybe even 2 via DLC), more instances of incidental dialogue and inter-party dialogue. The characters are fantastic and learning stuff about them outside of their 'scenes' would flesh them out even more: this would be many awesomes.

This post seems to have some people who genuinely loved the game, but I mostly see whiners.

Could someone give the direction a a good doctor to this guy,he looks like he needs serious help.
This is a wishlist thread, if you want a thread that only express 100% pure love fore ME2 I suggest you to check some other threads.
By the way,the "to the whiners" comment, did you think of yourself when you made that? if insulting is your way of expression, don't cry if you get trashed.

- More conversations between party members
- More romance dialogue and to be able to have the current LI with you in the team
- Less planet scanning and it would be nice to have Mako again
- More choices considering character creator (more hairstyles, eye colours etc.)

Sounds like you simply didn't look for the side missions, declared there were no more, chucked a tantrum and stormed off.skulberg wrote...

Maybe this link will assist you in actually finding them. (scroll down to the ME2 section)

Ditto on the larger dialougue trees with your teammates, and if possible it would be nice to have more interaction with people like that matriach at the bar, or at least a larger quantity of interesting NPC's to talk to.

That list of side missions is still hilariously short when compared with ME1. Of course, large quantities of side missions are incredibly hard to pull off without them feeling repetitious, but more time spent killing people is less time killed using that scanner. A mix between an economy system and scanning planets could help alleviate the pain.

I want my million or so random items. Sell what i dont need, buy better stuff. Ect. I HATED being stuck with the same freaking weapons for the whole game.

1) I want more conversations between squadmates and maybe more cut scenes like the ones with Miranda and Jack in ME2.
2) I'd love to see some characters from the novels in ME3 like Kahlee, Hendal, and Gillian.
3) A mesh of squadtemates from ME1 and ME2 on your squad. Tali and Archangel really improved from ME1 to ME2, and I think the same could happen from the love interests in ME1 and ME2, plus just some of the squad members from ME1 and 2.
I really don't think we need a whole crew for ME3 and would just love it to be a combination of the first two squads and have them interact with each other could be great and give plenty of new material!

This the only thing missing from ME2, the one thing holding it back from being a really epic game was the fact that the most important subplot from ME1 was ignored. All the ME1 romances have been cut down to two chapters now, assuming that they get an appropriate one in ME3.
It was very disappointing to see how they handled this story arc in ME2. This was the one subplot from ME1 that had the greatest oppurtunity for real character development and bring forward a real emotional engagement that could have been keyed in on, it was disheartening to see BW chose to completely ignore it in the second act.

Get rid of heat sinks, go back to overheating. Get rid of the hodge-podge final boss that seems ridiculously out of place compared to the rest of the game. Get rid of planet scanning or make it less tedious, spending hours just scanning so i can buy upgrades is obvious filler and not my idea of fun.
Keep throwing surprises at everyone that has expectations on how characters & especially LI's carry over from one game to the next!! Maybe someone gets pregnant a la DA:O, maybe someone cheated on you while you were cheating on them or they go postal, maybe they come down with a terminal illness (besides the one in ME2), the possibilities are endless...

Yes I did alot of this, but when I`ve run around the disco infested space stations 3-4 times then whatever I have to do I`m stuck with. The fact that the aliens now seem to have regressed into male puberty and are all on dates or whining about how they love someone or other it just gets too much. ME1 seems to have been written by people in their 20s whereas ME3 bears all the hallmarks of being scripted by a 14 year old voyeur.
That`s it! I can`t take anymore of promiscuous aliens taking drugs and being social-realistic, I am gonna go look for the main quest chain! Then even that is steeped in FOX news-like gung-ho and tear dripping drivel. And then it ends.
Yes the graphics are awesome and the combat is fun, but then again they were just as good in ME1. And it had an interesting script, convincing dialogue and a real sense of exploration. I normally don`t bother commenting on bad, overhyped games but it really bugs me that this turned out to be such a turkey. You had the engine, the interface, the graphics, the plot you could have elaborated and extended in an interesting way and this is what we get.
Hacks!
