Ammo type was a waste of a spot/spots on the power wheel. You are like, why didn't they put this as a sub menu on the weapon selection wheel. (X for incinerate ammo, Y for Cryo, etc...) Overall though, it was a preference issue and your willingness to equip them for armor, shield, or barrier situations. I was always like, "Would I like to freeze my enemies and break them into pieces, or turn them into ash and hear their screams of pain..." But I found after my third time through the game I just stuck with one ammo the majority of the time and save my power for something else because it was a waste of downtime to use my power wheel just to switch ammo types depending on enemy defence.
Incendiary ammo was great as it frequently made enemies flail around when they caught fire with minimal fire. Cryo was blah. Seemed like by the time an enemy froze solid, if they did at all, they'd be on the verge of death anyway... unless you had a sniper rifle. Once I gained the sniper rifle skills for my vanguard at that one point I was one hit freezing everything from then on out. And all I had to put into cryo ammo was 1 skill point.

I do miss some of the ME1 abilities, but combat in ME2 is faster and more intense as a result. There's less micromanagement.

i think they should add boots to the armor and allow u to change the shoulder pads, arms and boots individually. also some pieces like the helmet u should be able to customize like being able to add a different face plate to the helmet (i would like to use one like what the mercenaries had) and maybe be able to put some designs or descales on the armor. i would also like to see some weapon customization like being able to change the scope or remove that barrel on the bottom and replace it with a grip to improve accuracy or switching barrels to add damage.
I would like to be able to remove the helmet during gameplay or if you could set the game where he takes it off and holds it during major plot conversations after the dust has settled. I usually only used the "Garrus Goggles", except for side missions because I hate going through cut scenes with a heavily obscurd face.
i agree i like to be able to see my characters face during cutscenes but i think they should add more character customization so u can make ur character look better.

combat wise: since cover is now a very importent issue, importing the ability to jump from cover to cover GOW style would be very welcome.
Shepard the super-soldier can vault over small obstacles, maybe in ME3 he could finaly climb walls?
Cerberus had 2 yrs! couldn't they implent Shepard with something that will enable him to dance with looking like a douch?

In Mass Effect we want to Shephard finnaly have children from relationship with his friend officers he had sex relation in Mass Effect 2.
So he or she has children and live in home on planet Earth now (but im not sure how his kids should look like if he had relation with aliens Samara or Tali its ok for humans we all know how they look like but how should they look like if aliens, if he had relation with Ashley or Miranda then children would look human.
So Alliance universe is becoming conquered by big Reaper fleet and planets and colonies are falling and soon will earth fall, so my suggest is that our main character we imported from Mass Effect 2 gets killed or get captured by reapers and mutated in reaper and become our main enemy along with Reaper Queen who control him now.
So we begin game with new character who is son or daughter of Shepard whom he had relationship in Mass Effect 2.
My only problem is how he or she will look now will he be Turian, Asari or something between cause we are bored of same look of human again in Mass Effect 3.
Also make walking on Ship like in Mass Effect 1 less walking, make Citadel bigger than in Mass Effect 2 and make less planets in universe who need to be scanned and make less mission and more interesting like in Mass Effect 1.
Make officers more interesting and make most of officers from Mass Effect 2 die in Mass Effect 3 only 3 most loyal to stay alive, make more critical missions where officers from Mass Effect 2 die to keep story more interesting and make you hate ur enemies.
Can someone tell me is it good option to have children in Mass Effect 3 and continue play with them?

ME2 is a great game, though, and has officially edged out Fallout 3 as my favorite game ever. I love it.

Assuming the reports are true and that EA wants to make many sequals, I hope Bioware argues against this and makes Mass Effect 3 the end of the story. Producing sequals until the games are crap will only ****** off the fans. End the series while it's still amazing.
I understand from a business point of view, it makes sense to milk a franchise, but remember that customers is a companies greatest asset. If you ****** off the fans too much, they may be less likely to buy future games. End Mass Effect and maybe this newly created "action RPG" genre and make a new game with a different concept. Or maybe make ****ty sequals to Mass Effect, but at least the story will be concluded so that I can ignore all new sequals.

I really did like the ME CUSTOMIZATION of the ARMOR and WEAPONS. I really do miss that. Now it seems that we don't have ANY control over our weapons or armor. I also miss being able to change armor for ALL MEMBERS of our party rather than just Shepherd.
2. MINING: MAKE IT FASTER!
I didn't mind it and I thought it brought something to the game, but it was waaaaayyy too slow even with upgrades. It would also be nice if the initial scan told you what kind of elements were present.
3. BIGGER CITADEL
A bigger Citadel would be nice which offered not just parts for purchase, but different type armor, weapons, and ammo. y'know... like the last one!
---->All around the game was good, but ME1 was way better. Closer to real RPG.

Anyway my idea is this: In any space opera or other major story epic in movies or tv shows, you'll see multiple couples forming out of growing trust and closeness throughout events in said movie or series. To my knowledge no video game has done this. Bioware has already done some pretty damn revolutionary stuff as far as video games go, why not experiment with the following:have other squad members form attachments to eachother as you play through Mass Effect 3's plotline. I mean, its cool that when playing as Shepard, all available romance options are available FOR YOU, and I'm not fully complaining, but I just think it would make that much more realistic of an experience when those YOU don't romance go for other members of your party.
And maybe there could be a system for determining who will most likely hook up. Let's say its determined by bringing the same combination of 2 particular squad members of opposite genders on many missions. Maybe during certain crisis moments in the game these squad members save eachother or something along those lines, and trust develops between them. Then you could see entering/exiting Normandy cutscenes of them talking to eachother, flirting, and potentially pursuing a romance. Maybe there can be cutscenes where one of couple comes to Shepard for advice and you can either encourage or discourage them.
I'm just saying that while it isn't completely realistic or believable in fiction, lots of different games with romance options have your romance choices interested ONLY in the main character, and Bioware implementing my idea in some sense for Mass Effect 3 would be flippin awesome

PLEASE ACKNOWLEDGE SHEPARD'S class OTHER THAN THAT OF A SOLDIER DURING THE GAME.
Sorry for all the shouting, but it really ruins the, I don't know immersion of the game?

Make the romance a presence in more of the game than just the end.
Have the squad in general speak up more.
Have more multiple squad missions, what's the point of so many characters if you only use three? Make Loyalty and personality a factor in how they lead.
If planet scanning is coming back, make it more rewarding to use a probe and create an option to land and get the stuff manually for free. Money is too tight in this game to waste on probes.
Let us discover a new race and mold it's outlook on the universe. Mass Effect is partially about mistakes, give us the chance to make the Krogan mistake.
