Please allow male/male romances. (I am not male). I think it's unfair I can have female/female romances, but no male/male ones. Show me some progress here and make romances non-gender specific. I want to be able to date who I want, no matter my gender.
Thanks for listening.

-moding system was fun but levels of mods from 1-9 was sick.
-want to see again asari from zhu coloni and asari doctor from saren clone fabric(she could even work for com. shep. ;D)
-longer game and more dialogues. 30h have taken me to finsh this game by enginire. More dialogues, 1h per npc would be great,

First of all i didnt think that Bioware could top ME1 but they did, ME2 is easily the BEST game i have ever played. This make me very excited to see what will be in store for ME3.
The Cerberus Network DLC was a great idea this will be able to let us ME addicts possibly play new downloadable missions and such as we wait for ME3
I would love to see a mission on future Earth i think everyone here wants that.
it would be awesome if there was closure on the genophage with the krogan and it would be a great opportunity for some game changing decisions in there.
But it would be incredible if in ME3 if we could help the Quarians take back there homeworld! I've always felt bad for the Quarians they got a bad wrap with the whole geth invasion thing, and i think it would be cool if you could turn that around, plus i think certain events in ME2 are alluding to what i am saying.
and i want to see what tali looks like! ... its only fair right.. haha

I would like to be able to talk to my companions without having to worry about activating a romance that I don't want. It always seems like if you're nice to the companion, you activate the romance. If your neutral or a jerk to them, then your not. How about a option to be nice to them but remain friends. I would also like it if all companions were able to really open up to you without the need of romancing (e.g. Thane and Garrus). When I watched the youtube video of especially the thane romance, I was sitting there wondering why that couldn't happen to my maleshep minus the actual romancing part.
In short, I want to be close friends with my companions. Not LI's or people that I treat like crap in order to avoid activating a LI. I also want for companions to really open up to you without the need for a romance (e.g. Thane Garrus).
I agree wholeheartedly

I mean, I remember coming from the citadel tower down to the presidium through a lift with my teammates talking about recent events. The same when you took the lift in C-sec up to the Normandy docking Ramp. Then we reached our destination and you really had the feeling of being in a huge station. It warms my heart when I think about it again.
How could players complain about that? Of course it wasn't fast-paced action but do you even know what a RPG is about? Now, we have a very boring loading screen that cut us out from the game's atmosphere so I guess a thanks is in order, people...
Next, I completely agree with people saying that ME2 has a weaker story and music than ME1 (I almost fall asleep during shepard's "epic" speech at the end). I agree as well with people who are wondering what the heck happened to the RPG features and I would like to join you in regards of the impossibility to avoid romance when being nice with our teamates. Don't get me wrong, Romance is a great idea but I don't want to have sex with a computer game
In the end, I'm afraid now that ME3 will be a console fps action game for horny teenagers

2) Then you can have dinner with them and after dinner you skip to a scene where you and ash are standing on a balcony of her parents house watching the sunset.
3) Then male shep will propose to her or she can just look at him and say i do.
4) After then you see a scene of their wedding and watch them run of into the sunset or horizon together. Normandy's crew can attend and obviously all the aliens that survived your mass effect 2 and possibly 3. All this would happen on earth i presume because maybe her family lives on earth.

People keep shouting for more Elcor, but let's not forget the Space Dwarfs... ehr, I mean Volus. They might have some problem with using cover, but it would be a nice change.
One thing that bothered me about the original ME and was at least partly fixed in part 2 was, that almost every Alien you met **** the same kind of armor/suit/clothes. Especially Krogan and Turians. I would like to see how a Krogan's back side looks like for example.

I agree with the OP.
Give us Thessia/asari capitol! Give us (insert salarian capital world here/capital city)! Give us Palavan/turian capitol city! Give us room to explore the Migrant Fleet!! And of coarse give us Earth!! Since this is the final installment of the series why not show us more of these integral parts of the mass effect universe? The one thing I missed about Mass Effect 2 was the lack of exploration though I understood it to be necessary for the pace of the plot. However, it would make sense that the preparations for an all out galactic confrontation would take longer than the preparations for a suicide mission so it wouldn't go against a realistic time line to open the world up and let us explore it.
Let paragon/renegade convo interrupts bare more weight on the plot and the lives of your crew! In stead of it just effecting the mortality of npcs let it determine which crew members live or die. Dive and save Garrus from the sniper or use him as cover to not let your query get away?
More crew/squadmate interaction! In both ME1 and ME2 it felt like you could use all your convo options up way too quickly. More please!
More complex crew/squadmate interaction! They aren't dumb, they are opinionated why not a wider range of reactions to the choices made on missions? And let those choices have serious consequences. Holy crap Samara vs Renegade Shepard mini boss fight ON THE NORMANDY?! Rawr!
Shepard gets a revealing sub plot! I know I know Shepards plot is the friggin' game but it would be nice if, but for a short time, Shepard has to take care some of his/her past business that gives the player some more insight into who Shepard was before the events of ME1 that is more complex then just brief conversations about it.
No more new squad mates! Combine ME1 squad mates with ME2 and let the player choose who stays and who goes and don't make that mandatory. If a player wants to have one big party on the Normandy then let 'em but doing so should make things more complicated. Their strong personalities should show through more.
A glorious/infamous death for Shepard! C'mon we all know its trilogy and Shepard should go out with a bang and his/her paragon/renegade points should help determine how Shepard dies, how the death is received and how Shepard is remembered. Paragon Shepard in a glass casket in the center of the presidium with thousands of persons of all races lined up to touch/look upon their savior? *sniffles*
Don't let the threads that have spread through ME1 to ME2 end up in knots in ME3! Conclude them thoroughly, please don't ignore the smaller but interesting choices and no short cuts. *coughs* Email *coughs*
Let the game be longer! Four discs yes? Please? *begs* Won't be hard if ya open the world up some more!

*I know this is a stretch: but I'd love to be able to pilot the Normandy around from a cockpit view, and maybe even engage in a few real-time skirmishes
*Even more DLC! I know we haven't seen all there is to offer as far as DLC for ME2 goes, but if you could do something as awesome as a full-on expansion pack like you did for Dragon Age, that would be very cool indeed. It would be even cooler, if, in the future you released several such expansion packs like you did for the original NWN. With games that have sold this well, and are so well-loved, the return on the investment in terms of development time should make it well worth it. One of my friends who I convinced to get ME2 is holding on to the game just because he wants to see what you guys do in terms of DLC -- something I've never known him to do before, because he usually finishes a game once and then sells it. People are hungry for more ME2, and I know that the same will be true of ME3.
*The introduction of some fun minigames wouldn't go astray... especially if they were to replace the definitely not-so-fun mineral scanning drag in ME2. Fable 2 and the Witcher both had immsensely fun minigames that offered a way to 'unwind' after some of the more gruelling quests (well, they were gruelling in the Witcher: not so much in Fable 2

I liked the scanning for landing sites idea in ME2 but i wish that you could choose to land on foot or land with a vehicle (or have some mix of missions that require foot/vehicle)
I'd like to see more RPG elements coming back into the game, for example more armor and weapons like there was in ME1.
ME2 felt much more like a shooter, Which was good... but i missed all the different types of guns and modifications that ME1 had, although the research option sort of made up for this.
More normandy fighting, the cutscenes near the end of ME2 were amazing, would like to see more of the same in ME3.
and finally Romance, I heard that they will be carried through from ME1 and ME2 and that cheating will have consiquences.
Anyone know what consiquences these will be? Like... extra missions or just a simple paragon/renegade button clicking fest?

practical issue: have the x button, which skips dialogue, not also select conversation options - I keep accidentally saying things by pressing x one too many times when someone's talking.
1) Ditto.
2) Also, I'd like to request that DLC in ME3 does NOT require players to be online. What happens when EA's servers go down even by accident or worse cause the game doesn't meet it's criteria such as Madden 2009! Now I know this doesn't apply to ME2 for 360 users, but someone else complained about ti so I assume they are on the PC.
Which would be stupid to have that restriction. PCs have a huge amount of storage compared to the consoles so I say let them store the DLC there.
3) No spoilers before the game is released! I'm looking at you EA AND BioWare. Before the first game we knew the plot of the game, who could lived and who could died. We knew about "the true enemy" and if I didn't run away from this forum like it was a horny elcor than I would have been disappointed.
For ME2, people knew how the game started and what happens to you. Why can't developers surprise us WHEN we play the game and not tell us about ti before we get to play it? Sheesh!
4) All surviving ME1 & ME2 squadmates ON MY TEAM! All storylines (minor & major) resolved!
5) I want a mission to go back to the Mars Prothean cache. I want to see the Sol System protect Mars from alien attack. I want the 3rd act to go back to how close Humanity & Shepard is tied to the fate of the galaxy.
6) I want to learn more about Shepard's past (from Before the start of ME1). How long was he assigned to the Normandy? What did he do after Torfan, Ellusim, Aluze?

In ME 1 you had three ways to tell where damage was coming from/where enemies were.
- Radar
- When shot from the side your shields flashed on that side.
- Bullet trails
Now Shep is wearing a full on battlesuit with onboard sensors, a miniframe, a combat software suit and a heads-up display. So if Shepard has a freaking raday display in-game (and he should or the designer on the HUD needs a shot in the quads) they bloody give us one too! Please?
