Hello everyone,

I had my bioware social account active and registered with my DA-O and ME2 games. I had redeemed all my promo codes for both.

After buying ME2, I decided I had to re-play ME1 so that I could refresh my memory and have a nice import save to use in ME2. The code for BtS was not displayed against my Social Network account.

To this end, I wanted to install Beyond The Sky, which I had purchased many moons ago. Following the instructions on the bioware site, I ended up re-registering my email address with the bioware classic account system. I got the code, installed BtS and was smiling... until I happened to log into the Bioware Social Network.



All my game registrations are gone, and obviously all my codes are lost with it. I had bought all the DA-O DLC. I have a sneaky suspicion the accounts are linked in some fashion on the database side of the system, and by re-registering my email account against the classic account system, the social account data was made inactive.



Can a dev or admin please help me with this? I'm hoping my account details can be pulled from the DB history and re-linked correctly against my social network account. My cerberus code was apparently one-use, and I worry I won't be able to re-register against the same code.

All your content is associated with the EA Account that based on the email address you signed up on the Bioware Social Network with, so it shouldn't be completely lost. As long as you keep logging into the games with that email you should still have the content in-game.



When you go to your Registered Game Promotions Page it displays the email address, so make sure its the same one.



You can try linking your EA account (which is your email address and password from this site) to your account on the old Bioware forums by going to http://social.biowar...ntitlements.php

You didn't have to re-register on the bioware legacy sites - you can use the same account both here and there. Try logging in here using your *email address* and see what happens - the site attempts to deal with such strange multi-account situations and may bring up the right info.



Any in-game items are attached to your email address and not to your username. Check your list of promotional items and see what shows up there - it's possible that you just have to re-register your cdkeys if your username changed.
