In my 3 years of gaming on xbox I never encountered this problem. When ever I play ME2 at random moments it just logs me out of XBL. One time I recived a popup about account change and game quit, this is impossible because I have only one account.
I play Batman and it all just fine, thus I don't think its XBox related. because playing few hours of Batman without problem and once I switch to ME2 I get logouts (same happens in different order: first ME2, then Batman)

Trying to see if we can figure out what is causing this for some players. It doesn't seem to affect everyone, or even a majority, so hopefully it's something Bioware can patch if they know what common factors affect the people getting it.
