I appreciate you letting us know that it's not listed.  Admittedly, at the time this thread was begun and at different points during it's travel, I looked all over and couldn't find official mention.  So, again, thank you for letting us all know and in the future, please refrain from things like "If you bothered to look".  They only serve to generate unhappiness and I don't believe that's your intent :-)

Yep, I have the bug too. Paragon option with Ish -> quest not finished in "Assignments" list...

Yeap annoying bug. Seems BioWare doesn't care about fixing anything but extremely critical bugs so I hold very little hope that this will ever get fixed. Unfortunate that BioWare doesn't seem to care much about anything aside from DLC ($$$$) after the game hits.

One way around it and the way I do it now, is get the quest from Ish, go collect both packages and then just go and talk to Anto in Afterlife. That way it's complete. Also, if you didn't know, take Miranda with you when you go talk to Ish and when you tell Anto about the info. SHe knows Ish

Gah! I just ran into this bug myself. I would very much like to have the paragon choice function properly, especially since it's offered. If no one at BioWare has or is allowed the time to fix it, can someone there who reads the forums please find out if this choice is at least recorded plot-wise, even though it doesn't close the quest? I can deal with weird list behavior, but I would like to know that ME3 will know that I saved the disturbingly-smiley Ish!

And just for the record, here's my version of events: After getting the quest, I grabbed the Illium pad, followed by the Citadel one, and then returned to Ish. I tried a bunch of different dialog and squad member options (including with and without Jacob and/or Miranda) to no avail. I also briefly looked through the flags in Gibbed's save file editor but couldn't find anything relevant. (BioWare: I didn't alter my save file before getting this bug.) I might eventually get around to digging through save flags manually, but probably not any time soon...

Bump, have the issue that i cant get the package at the bar on Illium after completing the first part of the quest from Citadel.



As someone who has beta tested for said company, im a bit surprised they let this one go and have not at least responded to this problem.

I read in the wiki that all other missions and assignments need to be finished in order to have legion's loyalty mission started, but will this bug hinder that?

Not at all.  In fact, Legion's loyalty quest was activated for me long before I completed any of the sidequests.

   It was said earlier in the post that illium package is NOT at bar it is ON the couch, where you help the slave get a job or you got her contract waived.

Hey folks, i found a way to complete the quest:

Talk to ish to get the assignment.

Pick up any of the two packages.

Return to omega but do NOT talk to Ish!!

Talk to the guard next to Aria, i believe his name was Anto.

He will talk to you this time.

Give him the data. You'll also have paragon/renegade options.

This completes the quest, ish is gone.

I've contacted EA support on this matter, but every time I get a response it says to post it on the forums. Well there is already one (This One!!) but apparently they don"t read this.

I keep trying, i've also put the link to this thread in one of my responses, so let's hope i get a proper answer.....

Yeah got this one too. It can be cleared by giving him both packages with the neutral option on the right.



As for the Conrad Verner thing IMHO it's not a bug. It is directly an offshoot of his personality. He thinks Shep is bigger than life and a man who gets hard things done. He is acting out how he would do it. Since he has no direct knowledge of how the real missions went down, he doesn't know you are actually paragon. He just thinks Shepherd kicks you know what.
