I am having an issue, that is not just me. And I just noticed it just now when i went to put points into Grunts Fortification power. I did the mission and completed it. And yet the power is locked and saying "Locked: Squad member is not loyal".

According to the squad status, it says he's loyal, and I have his alternate costume. So what  gives?
