Well you can Morinth then? I've seen some people mentioning her in their team.
Can you recruit Morinth?

Yes, if you choose to kill Samara, you can recruit Morinth. She'll take Samara's place.

Yep. Just don't try to get into her pants. For within lies your doom. And probably some freaky alien reproductive organs. But mostly doom.

I've no clue on how to do this.. I was one block away from full Renegade, didn't have a full block in Paragon.. and still my Shep chose Samara.

Did you have enough of either to do the Charm/Intimidate options when she's seducing you? I remember trying it twice. If you fall under her spell, you don't get a choice.
Then the second time, I remember that I first did Intimidate, and the Charm twice. During the battle, I was able to select which one I wanted to help. I had near full or full paragon at that point, and maybe 2 blocks of renegade. I did have the full +100% boost from the skills though.

I had her in my squad, so yes.
Got the option to choose her by choosing intimidate responses when she tried to seduce my Shep.
I think if you fail to resist her, you can only choose Samara.

I suspect the thinking is that if you don't have the stones to resist her in the first place there's no way you're going to be able to take her with you.

I had 3 blocks in paragon and was able to recruit her.

Yeah I got the option to kill Samara w/ ~ 60% paragon and 25-30% renegade. Edit: I also had level 4 in the Infiltrator tree evolved to Agent (if that's the one that gives you bonuses to paragon/renegade).
The key is definitely to not "fall under her spell" and show strength in your responses while you're stalling Morinth in her apartment.

Brainwash is extremely useful. My sheperd is a Renegade Adept, with Reave. Morinth is a great addition. Singularity throwing everyone around, reaving, people being brain washed. Its a thing of twisted beauty.

Also, your job power (Operative, Assauklt Mastery, etc) gives you the ability to access more dialogue and story choices the higher you raise it.

Does Morinth have a Loyalty quest? or is she auto Loyal to you

I believe she is just loyal because it was Samara's loyal quest.
I plan to take Morinth on my current renegade Insanity play thru.

Does anyone know if you can recruit her with two paragon blocks?

You have to have enough renegade (or maybe paragon) to be able to fight back to be when given the choice to be able to choose who to kill.
Spolier video on someone successfully recruiting Morinth with high renegade (not sure how high)

You can do it with high enough paragon too. I had the choice available, but didn't choose it. (As an RP matter, a high paragon choosing Morinth seems wrong, she is a serial killer.)

I was able to resist her with selecting the Paragon choices when she was trying to seduce me. When Samara came in I had the choice on who to kill. I have read that you can sleep with Morinth with disasterous results, but my question is does it satisfy the Paramor achievement?

Well, my first charcter had all the options he could ask for, and had a choice, and chose samara. I couldn't wait to try a new character and trade her out. But I couldn't resist morin this time, so no choice. oh well, better luck next time I guess.

Bit of a giga-bump but I just wanted to thank everyone for the info. For some weird reason, I just can't ever seem to get enough renegade / paragon points to recruit her! On this playthrough, I've left Samara's mission until last and I have gone fully Renegade (which has been genuinely hard for me as I'm a goody two shoes Paragon through and through!) but even with so many points in Renegade I'm overlapping into the last bar, I can't pick the intimidate option during our dialogue.
That was equally true on my previous two playthroughs; both 90-100% Paragon.
Hmm!

It would have been cool if you could have both Morinth and Samara on your team. But alas, they can't seem to work out their differences. Oh well.
...I wonder if there is some sort of mod for it?

I think you have to have a certain amount of renegade/paragon points to be able to recruit her, but in addition you also need to make specific choices in the mission. It's like with Tali, you have to talk to the generals, and both Reiger and Veetor on your side, otherwise she will be found guilty. Sadly I do not know what choices you have to make. I have played that mission with paragon, and renegade over 75 percent and never gotten the combination right to be able to resist her. Not that I actually want to recruit her, It just bugs me that Shep falls under her spell. Maybe the people that were able to resist her list the conversation options they chose, and the things they did to get her attention. I think that is the only way we will figure it out for sure.

It's actually quite simple. You need a very high paragon/renegade score(I always did it with 100%). Then once you're in Morinth's apartment, you select the paragon or renegade options. In the end you're given the choice between Samara and Morinth. It doesn't matter what paragon/renegade ptions you used, you will always have the choice. Then you decide to kill Samara and you have Morinth, her loyality and the bonus power "Dominate"
