I just thought I would report success with my problem of stuttering in game.  It seems that dust had accumulated around the cooling fan and cpu.  Aftre cold dusting it out I havn' thad one stutter.  If anyone else has a tendecy to get dust in side the computer case, this can effect performance. Who knows, I may have come close to the cpu frying all together.  I learn something new all the time.
