before seeing this thread i edited coalesced with wordpad with no problems, according to the OP it is supposed to break the coalesced?

Doing that with word pad is not possible, 1st thing I tried. Simply, It's not going to work. And again SEE PREVIOUS POST!

i have made numerous edits to coalesced with wordpad that worked in the game in combination with the ini fixer. strange that you aren't able to. anyhow, i've posted a question in your thread and an answer would be much appreciated.

Hey, don't know if this is the right place to post this and it might have been asked before but this thread is enormous!:P

My question is as this, I'm using Strudelmans outfit mod and there is a particular casual outfit I would like to use outside the Normandy but it only exist in the "Casual" department in the locker.

Now I don't know if this is even possible, but if someone here knows if it is possible for this particular outfit to be used as an actual armor instead like some of the others that would be nice. I'm currently using the one that is almost the same that I think Kelly is also using, but I don't like the white on that particular outfit.

So if someone knows IF it  is possible and then HOW I would be eternally grateful. I would like to know the actual parameters to change in the coalesced, and to what.

This is the outfit I'm talking about:

OK guys GREAT thread by the way, But can I get lil help? What do I need to install the mods to my game? What tools do I need to import tpf files? Or do I need Mod manager?

EDIT:I am particularly interested in the samara's armor for my female shep.

I'm still looking for a functional Eclipse Armor. And of course, also a proper helmet for Eclipse and Blue Suns armor. Hope someone might help

First line and last line works fine. But the second one (Eclipse) displays the Blue Suns Armor.

I read somewhere that material override may not work if not on Casual appearances. Has anyone been able to solve this issue ?



Also, second problem, as for the helmets. Following Azareum's instructions, I could find the masks.

And, in order to get an helmet (with the mask), I added a standard N7 helmet as a arm appearance. Works quite fine with N7/BlueSuns armor as we don't need arm part.

Unfortunately, it's not perfect yet. Has anyone found out an helmet that might be of better help to use with BlueSuns and Eclipse Mask ?

The good news is that with an helmet as "arm part", I can now use Helmet + Visor, which gives a great look to my Shepard, but it doesn't really help for Eclipse.

EDIT : Exemples above for female shepard are not functional, as I play with a male shepard and I didn't try to make female appearances work fine.

Hi All: How is everything going :)? I wonder can you help me add these 3 armor so I can use them in combat please, I would be really greatfully :)? 2 of the armors are found in casual waer the grey/black metalic with no lights, same type but in red/black and with red lights. The 3rd armor I like to add in ini is that armor Shepard wears in the beginning of ME2, do you know the code for that armor? I using that armor locket mod where you can add arms/legs etc to the those casual outfit. Please let me know and big ty :) if you can help me out thanks?

droid105, for the first armor of the game, just add this line in your coalesced.ini file, near line 4079. Change Id=# to the next id you need (first available would be 5 I guess).
