@NarfGarg

Very incredible. Are you planning on making a tutorial how you accomplished that?

And if so what other variations can be achieved with this method?

I know it may sound silly but, is there any way to re-activate missions? Since I've got nowhere else to go I'd like to restart a couple of 'em, just for the heck of it.

I know, I could restart the game.

It requires save-editing and a lot of ini editing. Think you can get anybody to work as a casual appearance. Using Legion now but the face is messed up.

Can't really do a tutorial just yet, but shouldn't be too long.

Shepard with Mirandas body

This is so cool, will we get to use anyone of the companion body and their 2 outfits?  Any chance of using Morinth first appearence?

Seeing all of this makes me Wonder if its possible to give your squadmates different hairstyles. Miranda with a bald head, or garrus with Mirandas hair.

I was already wondering if someone has been able to do this in Mass Effect 2, because I know you could change your Mass Effect 1 character into Wrex, Ashley etc. by editing the inis.
I would also be interested in a tutorial.

Anybody know how to change your squadmates AI to use biotics on enemies even if their shields are up?

I switched it so you can use them on shields but I don't think my squamates use their powers unless they are gone.

Thanks so much for all the work that has been done. It makes the game feel better. Has anyone found out how to swap say the sentinel power armor power for the one used by the npcs?

Thanks alot

Is it possible to get rid of the annoying paragon/renegade interrupt jingle that sounds out whenever you hit them? It's a bit immersion breaking. Or would that require going into the sound files and causing all sorts of trouble?

Well, since Shepard's model is now alterable---is it possible to alter your party members? Or more specifically--does it even look likely that it could happen? Changing Shepard's model was easy in ME 1 and quickly figured out---but altering anyone else was impossible. Is ME 2 different? If I could get Morinth to wear her commando outfit while fighting... (or even better, put Liara's head on Samara's body, then it'd be pretty close to having Liara in the party) Or Ashley's head on Miranda's body. I basically want my ME 1 party members back. :)

You can find that under [SFXGame.BioHintSystemBase] and tinker with it there or turn it all off completly

So anyone know where I can find the sound files that get played in our captains quarters as a soundtrack? I REALLY wanna replace them with actual DECENT tracks from ME1.

I haven't yet tried to alter the team mates. Next on the agenda I guess.
Tali and Tali on the bed

Got all except Jack to work as Shepard. No idea what's different about her.

Just finished talking to gildor about compiling a .pcc, sadly I have some bad news. It seems that compiling a .pcc isn't possible unless BioWare decides to toss a bone and give us some dev kits, which I don't think is going to happen. Quite disappointing on their part It would be interesting to see if it's possible for us to patch ME2 to read the raw extracted data files in a sub folder.

BUT!
He did mention that if you use his decompressor tool, it removes the compression code to make it possible to hex edit the .pcc
Having said that, it may still be possible to mess around with the package names and loading flags so we can at least wear NPC gear.

You can get his decompressor tool here - http://www.gildor.org/downloads -
I imagine you could use just about any free hex editor to do the job.

I'll be following your results with interest.  :)       Just had a thought----Morinth with Aria's body?  That'd look/work really nice plot-wise.  (has Aria's model been found yet though?)

Aria's body is located in "BioD_OmgHub_220DenBar.pcc" as "HMF_ARM_LGTd_MDL".

Anyone found a model of heavy helmet? After an hour of searching It seems to me that there isn't any, it's just a light helmet
HMM_HGR_SHPa_MDL combined with a heavy breather HMM_BTR_NVYb_MDL
http://img2.pict.com...0/800/cpb02.jpg
But i don't get it how to combine them through ini.

Hey everybody.. I think the single most popular mod we could possibly make is a helmet toggle option! There must be a clever way to do it like in ME1. Any talented people out there willing to give it a go?
