was hoping to get the editor to load like in Mirrors Edge but all it does is that the game tries to load a map called editor.
Perhaps there are some other command line commands that work who knows...

PlayerSpecialWeapons=(WeaponclassName="SFXGameContent_Inventory.SFXWeapon_MassCannon",UnlockPlotName=Tec_SniperRifle)
you'll need to get a upgrade for the weapon you want.
change the bNotRegularWeaponGUI= to false to unlock the guns for the characters that can use them.
well goodnight
You're a gorram genius. I treid doing this for quite awhile. Thank you very much.

More specifically, I'd like to make the Mantis Sniper Rifle look like the Incisor. Can that be done?

Tali is easy since the head comes with it. You just make your head so small its not visible. Other chars don't have a head in them. You can get a floating grunt head. So unless someone figures out how to wear two models at once...RiotLaFontaine wrote...
I'm very interested in how Narf was able to do a full-body swap for the lead character, including the head model. You can see it in his pair of Tali videos - I'm interested in swapping Garrus in like we could in ME1. Likewise, I'm still trying to figure out if we can start swapping NPC appearances and not just Shepard's. I'd really like to revert Garrus back to his pre-burn state.

Sadly, that brings us right back to the pcc option, which doesn't look like it's possible.

It's almost like since they took away party member armor, they changed how head and body are linked, and it's creating a lot of model-swapping issues for modding that ME 1 didn't have.

Awesome setting:
Line 6940 (Unmodded)
bCanDropWeapon=FALSE
Set it to true to be able to pickup enemy weapons, I've played about 4 hours with it on and experienced no substantial bugs.
i did this and it is kind of buggy for me in-game. i would pick up a geth rifle then after a couple mins would show only 3 selectable guns (shotty, hand cannon and collector heavy). im playing as a vangaurd with a modded .ini that allows me to use the other weapons. im thinking its related.
on a related note, i found what could be the best weapon in the game. killed a big geth trooper and it dropped a machine gun with unlimited ammo in the clip, no recoil and it fires fast as hell

there's one candidate called "hmm_hgrprop_skin_world"
also, i found a weird looking helmet called "hmm_hgr_cthb_mdl"
sorry, i don't have the packet names. new to this thing, didn't think of noting them.
edit: silly me, i just needed to rearange the files according to file size. the merc helmet is found in "biod_pronor.pcc"

I'm interested in this too.
Currently trying to add Illusive Man's suit as a casual appearance and armour but there's a part below the neckine which is see-through and I assume it's mesh-related

First load the package, in this case Mirandas *DONE*[Engine.PackagesToAlwaysCook] SeekFreePackage=BioH_Vixen_00
Under casualappearances we add *DONE*CasualAppearances=(Id=1073,Type=CustomizableType_Torso,Mesh=(Male="BIOG_HMF_MIR_LGT_R.LGTa.HMF_MIR_LGTa_MDL",Female="BIOG_HMF_MIR_LGT_R.LGTa.HMF_MIR_LGTa_MDL"),PlotFlag=-1)
Then edit the save game and setstream_vixen_00 = true *DONE*
I have followed the above instructions but have had no luck getting miranda's outfit to work. I know others have been successful, so i must be missing something.
Did anyone have to take extra steps or change any of the code to get this to work correctly?
*EDIT*
Figured it out: Have to change the Casual ID to match (1073 or whatever id you used in the ini) with the save editor (player appearance under the Raw tab)
Sorry in advance if I'm being stupid, but I just can't get this to work.
I added the line SeekFreePackage=BioH_Vixen_00 under [Engine.PackagesToAlwaysCook] in the ini first.
I'm not quite sure about the casualappearances part, I added that line under [SFXGame.SFXPawn_Player] , is that right?
Then I edited the save game, changed the casual id to 1073, but when I try to launch the game it crashes
I must have messed up the ini file somehow, but I don't really know how.. Could anyone tell me what I did wrong?

Read the first post of this thread about how to edit the ini, you need to fix the coalesced.ini after editing it.manonyuf wrote...
