This is what I did:

2. Rename MassEffect2.exe to MassEffect2Bak.exe.
3. Rename Texmod.exe to MassEffect2.exe

Now when I run the game from Steam or the shortcut, Texmod launches instead. I point it to open MassEffect2Bak.exe, and it works as it should. I've gotten the blonde Miranda to work this way, as well as the texture export ability.

i am not good at modding, but it works, here is screen:

Joker's head wont work for me, it's tinted green. Gutted cos thats the one head I really wanted.

adssdddd now if someone can figure a way to make a npc's head for example Miranda's head in casual outfit. While wearing her own outfit that would be awesome. I havent been able to get Miranda's body + head on normandy. I either get a headless miranda's body on normandy.



And outside i have her head with her body np.

you can wear miranda's own outfit with her head only as an armor not casual. i posted jack head with miranda's outfit for example. it isnt completely screwed, maybe much is sccrewed but not all.:happy::happy::happy:

hey is it possible to add all the "NORMANDY UPGRADES" into this command too? i've used this command before, and it showed that i've upgraded all those upgrades, but when i launch the suicide mission, everyone still dies.

Does any one know if you can remove the radio voice sound when shepard talks with some one elses head on? would make it perfect!

Anyone found either through ini-editing or savegame-tweaking how to unlock weapons (through collector ship, NOT base class loadout) or how to switch the weapon selected on the collector ship?.



Valtonis's code unlocks the big 3, but doesn't enable their use for classes that are originally unable to wield them.

For people wondering why certain NPC armor textures don't work off ship, it's because the game doesn't load Male/FemaleMaterialOverride tags for off ship armor. This probably has something to do with how the default armor uses tint and pattern color tags instead.

Find the right HelmetAppearances and delete bHasBreather=True. This may cause your head to do funny things during missions where you need to wear a breathing mask.

well, that was actually what i was afraid of, it might show that you have the upgrade but the game itself doesn't check it as upgraded.
those lines are actually for the ship upgrades.
not really sure what i can do with my limited knowledge to make the game check them as upgraded

the ability to use them is actually one of the
first stuff that people figured out with the ini, just change the
loadouts for whichever class or character you want.

for eg, i changed my infiltrator class to be able to use assault rilfes

PlayerLoadoutInfo=(className=SFXPawn_PlayerInfiltrator,Weaponclasses=(LoadoutWeapons_AssaultRifles,LoadoutWeapons_HeavyPistols,LoadoutWeapons_AutoPistols,LoadoutWeapons_SniperRifles))

for henchmen, just switch whatever load out you want but they can only have 2 and yes they can have heavy weapons too

Ehm, Valtonis, i specifically said "through collector ship, NOT base class loadout".

Anyways i sort of figured it out, using:

setintbyname Wpn_BonusSniperRifle 1

Enables the snipers as bonus weapons as if you've selected them at the ship, i assume setting it to 0 would remove them, tho i do not know if removing it would cause issues.

Similarly, Wpn_BonusShotgun and Wpn_BonusAssaultRifle do the same for those weapons.

Has anyone gotten any further with customisable power classes? i.e; having cloak on soldier, or power armor on soldier etc?

There was some from of trick to get it working for the bonus powers, and a screenshot to show it on there on this forum page at Gamefaqs:

But I am at a loss because it does not work for me, so how did he get it on there?

Any help would be appreciated as I would love having a few select powers even if its just 1 bonus power, preferably I'd like to have a mix of powers rather than just the standard.

Hi, anyone have any luck finding Morinth's Asari Commando outfit when she in the Omega bar, really like to get that outfit for casual wear? I tried the Aria code and I didn't work:
