Splendid job, Im glad someone finally did it, having a grand total of what? like 15 colors was not satisfying, not to mention that certain colors available for tint 1 were not available for tint 2 etc etc.

im working on it.. but..... is hard  to find the default camera values/lines ...  (i mean, all of then)



resume :

im trying to edit the defalut camera values ... to makes camera fells like Resident Evil 5,  or Dead Space.. something like it..   give me good luck ><

What annoyed the hell out of me, more than the fact that the number of colours were limited, was the fact that certain colours that were part of Tint 1 was so obviously missing from Tint 2/Pattern Colours. Like black.

How the hell do you miss BLACK?! :pinched:

On an unrelated note: Any takers? I have no idea if removing them is even possible, but it annoys me just as much as the N7 tags.

Check earlier in the thread, I think someone posted a mod like this. I'll look wit ya!

Ooooh wait I didn't noticed the "THIS IS ALRIGHT" part. The mod I mention just removes all of it, let's see what we can does...

Can I retrain squad members at all through the coalesced? Or at least remove that ugly blue sheen that Barrier gives people. I gave Jacob Barrier without thinking and now every time I see him in cutscenes, he's just bright blue. It's very distracting.

I don't know if this has been mentioned. Is anyone else ever annoyed by the fact that when you use pull on an unshielded opponent and use heavy throw to smash him against the wall, he's almost like nothing happened? In reality, you'd break his neck with that kind of force. It should be like being hit by a car.

Even more annoying, if you pull-throw someone 10m up in air and let them fall down helpless, would you expect them to stand up with minimal injuries? No.

The solution: edit the following line in Coalesced.ini:

PhysicsDamageMultiplier=0.25f

and replace 0.25 with whatever multiplier (to 2 decimal places) suits your taste. Tested and works. Note that you don't have to fix the CRC, just launch the game after editing.

The only downside to this is that pull does more damage than I feel it should in proportion to throw. How do I edit pull to have less damage?

Another improvement to throw could be a brief period of incapacitation, like one or two seconds. Is there a way to edit that?

On another topic: has anyone tried to add new colour patterns to armors? There's three lines in the Coalesced.ini that correspond to those that exist in the game, so I wonder if by editing Coalesced.ini you could have more patterns.

I'm not to sure exactly what you're wanting Guiile?  Let me ask this, are you wanting the camera's position that far a distance behind Shepard as illustrated in your screenshot?

If that is correct, you can change the FOV in the coalesced.ini with binding commands to say around 100 - 120 range (I'm guessing off the top of my head for approximate values).  The default FOV value = 90.  Bear in mind if you change the FOV it will look different during an in-game cutscene as well. You would need to go back to default 90 before a cutscene is to be triggered.

Demon slayer made the original project that removes all holos from the guns. he did a really good job. if you like, i will make a version that removes only the special weapon icon and not the gun holo. Expect it to be done By Saturday.

I'll make a second version for you, since I already have the files ready

I just finished 2 new mods

(9 versions of coalesced) for use with my other mods - lots of testing
(10 level 5 player profiles) for each and every single class both male and female - again time consuming
2 new files uploaded

the final project for the day is fixing armor piercing ammo icons
-I search thru 4051 images twice yesterday, but I never found armor piercing, but I was using an adept class soldier which may explain why I couldn't find the icon for AP.

-I already setup a brand new soldier with my bonus power as AP rounds
hopefully the image comes up this time. Round 3 lol

I was fixing to resolve the armor piercing that skan5 brought up here soon


Update: AP Ammo Found
here ya go (still in the upload phase, but they are both almost ready for download)

This was a request.

I have completed work on
a project that will remove the special ammunition icon from your
weapon. This will effect ALL special ammo types even if the screenshots
are only of inferno and disruptor ammo.

Oh, I don't mind at all.

I just thought that since I had the files already saved from texmod. It would make it easier on you, I don't mind at all that you wanted to do it. The more modders and more projects the better the gameplay and experience will become.

I would like to change the topic a little gentlemen:-). Here it is... I have reached lvl. 22 with my character but it seems that each time I level up I receive only 1 squad point to spend on my abilities. So, I wonder if it is possible to change that to whatever I like through adjusting the Coalesced.ini file. It is impossible to develop all my powers to maximum with only 1 sp per level after reaching level 20. Maybe the problem is a low level cap. Can we alter the level cap over 30 in the ini file?
