Go to ini editor - load - other ini - select your own - create mod - from current changes
Then load up your own mod along side anything else you might want. Note that it doesn't check for conflicting stuff.

don't bother. if you have major texmod framerate issues than uninstalling your antivirus won't do crap. I get a 50% loss in framerate in large areas with texmod and i've uninstalled my antivirus and like 10 other programs that ran in the background. even changed the game settings to 800x600 and everything else off. NOTHING fixed it.
Texmod just dosn't work with this game and all computers for some stupid reason. Nothing you do is gonna fix it aside from maybe getting a better video card or trying a different operating system.
I'm in the same boat as you man. i spent 5 hours making my own texmods just to find out i can't play the game with them.
on a side note, i will be uploading them here soon

Ok set the Vindicators Mag size to X=36Y=36, keeping the max number of clips at 4 and changed max ammo to 144(36*4)
1.I fired off one mags worth and then picked up a thermal clip, it restored the ammo by 36 back to the max ammo allowed(144)
2. I fired the gun until I had 35 shots left in reserve and picked up a two thermal clips this restored the ammo to 129, which is equivilent to 47 shots per clip.
3. Starting at 129 shots I picked up another clip(just the 1) this restored the ammo back to 144.
4. Finally I set it so I had 36 shots in reserve and then picked up 2 clips, this restored the ammo to 130. This also worked out at 47 shots a clip.
Guess thats something to start with, now to browse through the ini's and have a look. For reference this is with a Vindicator which has no reasearch upgrades done on it and was during the Mordin recruitment mission.
Nice testing.
So it gives 47 ammo per clip regardless of your mag size...
I tried everything I could with the Incisor rifle to alter the magsize, max ammo, x/y etc. No change whatsoever, a clip is still 4 ammo only.
This means that the setting is elsewhere. Probably not in the .ini's
Ok under SFXGame.SFXWeapon, there is a setting called: fAmmoMultiplier, by default this has the value 1.0f. I tried changing this to 2.0f and picked up clips at various points around the map, On the first occasion this restored my ammo by 50 on the vindi, on the second occasion 2 clips restored it by 144 shots. Third occasion restored it by 50 clips, finally on the fourth occasion it restored it by 94.
So clearly it makes a difference but there seems to be a lack of consistency

Don't quote me on this, but Insertnameioo suggested that he was going to make "cleaned up" versions (similar to his Garrus and Tali textures) for all the squad members, as well as giving them "Cerberus uniform" -styled loyalty uniforms.Sgt.Roadkill wrote...
I wonder if anyoen could do a reskin of Jack's loyalty uniform to make her look more part of the crew? aka cerberus stylie
Again, don't quote me on this, because it's entirely possible he abandoned the idea.
I hope he didn't, though, because both his Garrus and Tali textures are awesome and I'd love to see him tackle remakes of all the loyalty gears into Cerberus uniforms.

The weird thing is that my video card kicks ass (4870x2, perhaps the fourth fastest single card in existence apart from the upcoming Nvidias), but still texmod totally messes up my framerate. Goes from steady 60 to 15-50 depending on where I'm at. It's particularly bad, for some reason, on the Normandy CIC galaxy map facing the front of the ship.
The reason I'm suspecting it's the antivirus is that it gave me some warnings when I first started the program, and even though disabling the main component of AVG antivirus didn't change anything, it might still interfere with it. I really hope uninstalling it helps, but if it doesn't I'm just going to blame it on Windows 7 x64.
EDIT: changing resolution 1920x1080 to 800x600 increased my fps from 20 to 22 on the CIC, lol

Try disabling Vsync. If your refresh rate is 60, if your fps drops to even one frame lower than 60, Vsync will actually cause it to drop to 1/2 of 60, ie. 30 fps.

Yeah, it's doing the same for me too. I guess it's because we're using the default face? I also tried reloading it like the other guy said (can't remember your name, sorry xD) and it doesn't seem to change anything.

The fps drop isn't bad unless it drop below 26 fps as this is the limit of our still-movement abilities, any slower will cause us to not see fluid movement and rather the still images that make it up, so running at 30 fps is fine and playable.

I was just wondering how the cutscenes and dialogs made? I'm not familiar with the ut3 engine and definitely some people here who are. It uses the engine - someone mentioned that tweaking the camera settings will affact the cutscenes too) - so is it impossible to make custom versions? Or just script the dialogue options, so don't have to chose manually?
(for fraps of course

I love the Tempest SMG but I hate that its held like a Pistol as its far to be to do so and looks really stupid, added to the fact that SMG's are pretty much Carbines that use Pistol Calibre rounds, and not oversized pistols T.T

I've followed your instructions, thank you for those, but after that, a screen pops up, the 'save as' screen. I'm assuming I should save it as the 'coalesced.ini' I want to use. When I select the C.ini in the folder where it belongs, I still don't get to use my own alterations, such as loadouts and weapon changes. Could you tell me what I'm doing wrong here? Or perhaps it won't work right after a level change or something, meaning I should play a bit longer.. I don't know.

yeah theres nothing that you can do. your having the same problem i had except i have a 512MB 3870. You can uninstall anything you want. won't change anything. Texmod just kills the game for some of us. I'm getting the same drop as you too. from a sistained 60 FPS to 15-30FPS in medium and large areas.
