Tevor Bloodscythe, I doubt that Shepard's head can really be modified unless someone finds a way to import models back into ME2. If someone creates a program to make this possible, I could make Shepard's head and neck fit Jack's body easily. There's quite a bit i'd like to do with models and mesh in this game but without programs to properly import and export things, it's just not going to happen for now.
I remember a while back someone commented that they'd like the smg to be longer more like a real smg and less like an automatic pistol, that also would be easy to do. When it comes to textures, models, mesh and similar things, there is very little that I cannot do but my problem is that I don't have the programming knowledge to create any programs to properly extract and re-compile data files. I think that is the main reason that some games do not see the type of mods that they could.
Sometimes we get lucky and someone with programming knowledge comes along and creates a nice program or two. It's too bad that Bioware is smarter than Gearbox because a game that uses the ue3 engine, Borderlands, from last year, Gearbox slipped up and left an unreal editor in the game's installation and people were able to create mods using that but it was buggy, however if I remember right, last I looked at that stuff for Borderlands, people were making good progress at working around the bugs to create new maps and other things but Bioware is a much bigger company than Gearbox so it's no surprise they removed that stuff.
I'd like to find a way to make all material variations of armors and outfits show up for armor and not just limited to casual attire. I like Miranda's black loyalty outfit but it won't show up for armor, just for casual. It'd also be nice to find a way to deal with the sound issues that come with using the henchman armors, I know that toggle option I added helps but it's not 100%, i've had to quick save and load to get the sound properly working before but only once so far but still. If I forget to toggle it right before the end of a mission, there's the normandy with no sounds unless I toggle it and use the elevator.
-Edit-
Tropicalwave, you'd think there would be options for the crosshair since it is a ue3 game and the unreal tournament games all have the option to change crosshair colors and styles but I suppose Bioware didn't think it was important.
