Every time I try to land on Zorya (the planet for Zaeed's Price of Revenge mission) once the loading screen finishes Mass Effect 2 crashes, briefly showing a bluescreen before an automatic reboot. And since the first time this has happened my Achievements have disappeared.
Is this happening to anyone else? Is there any way to fix this?

I also have the same problem on radeon hd 2400. Perhaps it is our graphics card that's causing the problem?

Can anyone help or solve this problem? I need this quest to be able to continue legion's loyalty quest. Due to my stupidy, i finished all the side quests (scanned all planets) before recruiting legion (except for Zaeed's). Now i am stuck and unable to do legion's loyalty quest or continue to do the suicide mission without doing a side quest.

I just sent a mail to EA support. Anyone done that already?
I bypassed the probelm by loading another save, getting Legion, doing a mission then his loyalty mission but still, I wanna do Zaeed's mission.

Sounds like an AMD graphics card related bug. I've got a nVidia card myself and haven't experienced any such crash.
I hope that helps narrowing the problem down at least.
Otherwise the only suggestion I can come up with is to make sure you've got the latest drivers for your card downloaded directly from:

yup. Update your drivers!! If you got laptops, go on the constructor's website to get the latest drivers for your comptuer's graph card. Seems to be working fine now. I haven't done it yet cuz don't have time right now but I can get a cinematic where it used to crash

My me2 crashes after i have walked abt. 100m from the shuttle. Its not bluescreen: I can kill me2 with ctr-alt-del. Pretty annoying as this mission is the only one i can do (can't do the legion mission yet).
I have ati 4870 and I have had no problems other than this. I have the newest drivers (catalyst 10.2) and have patched me2 to 1.01.

I have the same problem. I have a ATI Mobility Radeon HD 2600. Whenever I try to load Zaeed's loyalty mission, my game crashes. I got the bluecreen once but now its just a black screen and nothing happening. I can revert back to window with ctrl+alt+del no problem. I'd delete the DLC and move on but I dont have anymore saves where I dont have Zaeed... I havent tested it yet but I guess it will bug me out huh? Having to start over is a solution but meh... 30h or so of gametime lost.
Has anyone found a solution for this problem yet?
thank you for your help.
