Hey everyone, need som help please after i installed the game again i lost
all packaged i have buyed (got them all) dont want buy them again.

Shut down Dragon Age: Origins
- In Windows, press the 'Start' button and select 'Run'
- In the command line type 'net stop DAUpdaterSvc'
- Navigate to 'My Documents\\\\BioWare\\\\Dragon Age\\\\Settings' and delete 'Manifest.xml' and 'Offers.xml'and 'addins.xml'
- Navigate to 'My Documents\\\\bioware\\\\Dragon Age' and delete the 'Offers' folder

Navigate to 'C:\\\\Documents and Settings\\\\All Users\\\\Application
Data\\\\BioWare\\\\Dragon Age\\\\' and delete the 'DAUpdater' folder
- Navigate to 'C:\\\\My Documents\\\\bioware\\\\Dragon Age\\\\' and delete the 'AddIns' folder
- In the command line type 'net start DAUpdaterSvc'
- Restart Dragon Age: origins and log in

- In Windows, press the 'Start' button and select 'Run'

- In the command line type 'net stop DAUpdaterSvc'

This dont understand not sure how when type Run the black windows just closes it selv
dont have the chance write anything.

Yeah can you explain how you get it up? i click one the start then in serch windows Run then

finding it and it closes. not sure if its the right one.

Not sure what you mean.  Are you using Windows Vista or Windows 7?  To open the run dialogue in Vista click Start button and type "run" in the search box.  This will pop up a small Windows box (not a black window!) that lets you type in a command.  When you enter the command you might see a black Dos-type window pop up and then close again.  That's normal, and usually means it did whatever you told it to do. 

If you're actually on Windows 7 I'm not sure how to open the run window.

In Windows 7 you can type "Run" in the search box at the bottom of the Start Menu and it will find the Run program for you.
