I have the PC version and I redeemed the Cerberus network code in-game. It said that everything is fine and it opened my web browser for downloading zaed and normandy. The web page wants the Cerberus code again in order to download the content, but it does not accept my Cerberus code because it was already used!!!
What should I do please?

On the left side of the website, hover over "Profile" it should open a drop down menu with a point saying "Your registered game promotions"



Click on that, it should take you to the the download area.I activated the code in game and could download Zaeed and the Normandy Crash Site without any problems.



I did the same thing and whenever I click on the downloadeable content button in the ME2 loader it gets me to a window where it wants me to redeem my Cerberus Code again, which obviously doesn't work since I've already done it. Just seems to be a slight miscommunication between the game and the website as to where it directs you

Hey!

My problem is the following:
I have redeemed the Cerberus code, but I do not have any Mass Effect 2 free DLCs in my "Profile/Your registered game content" but a lot of Dragon Age 2 contents. I do not even have the DA2, but I it would be fine if I could use my original code for ME2. What should I do? Can you help me please?

I'm confused with this whole code thing too. The back of my retail box states that the game contains a user code for the cerberus network. I put in the only code I could see but nothing seemed to happen. If I click connect to cerberus network and put that code in the redeem section it tells me it's already in use but when I click on the 'Your registered game promotions' I can't download anything for ME2.

Am I missing something?

Inside the box should be a slip of aper with the Cerberus network code on it. You go to Profile -> Redeem Promo Code, and punch it in there. Once done, you can then download it from Profile -> Registered Game Promotions

No slip of paper inside my copy. I spoke to an EA representative who asked for my receipt and my e-mail address and then told me that the online site I bought the game through wasn't a listed vendor and then that the code was at the back of the manual - even though I told him I had a disc copy. I don't really want the hassle of tryng to return a game that works to an online site just for the code but I'm also miffed that I have to pay $20 for the cerberus code when I should have got it free. Any suggestions?

If its not an authorised dealer then I dont think much can be done unfortunately. It could be possible that you have been sold a seconde hand copy of the game, and any CN code which would have come with the game originally would have already been used, and thus not usable by you.
Just out of curiosity, who did you purchase it through?

Contact EA.com help and talk to them, they are the only ones able to do anything about that.
