Error Code 1000 - No characters were found in your on-line storage is the message i get on my profile when it tries to pull up my characters.  Does anyone know why am i getting this message?  I also am failing to understand how to take advatage of the downloadable charater and quest, and the blood dragon armor, that supposedly came with the retail version.  I have entered my redemption code and it appears to be qpplied to my user profile, but there is no noticable change in game.

i have the same trouble also, apart from the blood dargon armor, as my strength of my charecters is not high enough.. and it also says unable to access online profile storage account info provided maybe invalid.. Which is odd, as my achievements have been uploaded, as you must be logged in to it via email.. very odd.. oh and my achievements are still being added when i play.

I'm having this same problem as well, including the other error that carry a big sword mentioned (invalid account info, yet my achievements are showing up).

at least you've got characters, the player profile says I've got 810/2250 points and 431/109 achivements, but the online profile says i've got no characters, the faq says i need to press "upload character" in the character creater, how? create a new character and its stright into the story, no option to upload anything. my achievents are showing up but nothing else.

that's happen with me also says no characters, online profile, but i know mine are there as i am using them..very odd indeed...

this problem happend to me once, I had installed the game, and set up an account based on a prior email address, I didn't have that email addres so I set up a new account, and new log in email address in the game. Now the game didn't recognize me as the original owner of the game that I had installed with the cd key and redemption codes, so no downloadable content or uploaded characters etc. even though I deleted my old account, surprisingly it was still in EA's database. So I logged back in under my former log in name and email address and voila, I was back in business. Then the content I had purchased under my new log in name wasn't availiable, so I still had problems, with my new account. What I did, bought dragon age Ultimate set up a new account, and new user name, and it's worked fine since. If you install the game the first time with a user name and account, your da player profile will only work with that account, if you change accounts, then your da pl;ayer profile is unauthorized, even though it's still your game.
