I have a problem with Cerberus Network

Hi! I bought a copy of Mass effect 2 Pc and it have a code for cerberus network I put that code on my ME2 game and I installed the dlc and when I start the game it show to me I have not logged in to the cerberus network and it is strange because i have put the code in my game and login ( the second computer is on ) I don't know what can I do for put my dlc, please someone can help me?
