Ok, so, as some of you may have noticed. I have been trying to get my DLC to work for close to a week now. I finally got in contact with EA, and I found an interesting tidbit of information.

Me: Well, first, Issriss is
the forum display name [07:21:18 PM]
Me: I don't think there is an actual accoutn name seperate from that [07:21:41 PM]

Me: what account name comes up under MyEmail@Email.com ? [07:22:08 PM]
Lisa: It's "dragonage_XXXXXXXX" [07:22:29 PM]

Me: I signed up for Issriss for Dragon Age: Origins [07:22:39 PM]
Me: I think back then, it required a seperate account, for the Bioware social site [07:22:53 PM]
Me: and didn't work with a standard EA account [07:23:00 PM]Now, this may not seem like much, but later in the conversation they do a search of the accountwhich has my Cerberus key on it, and it comes up under the forum display name... which is odd. Here I will show you that portion of the convo.

So, here is what I THINK happened, and why this is so confusing.

Back when you originally registered for Dragon Age: Origins, a standard EA account (such as you may have used for Spore) did not work, so they required a new E-mail and all that. That is my Dragonage_xxxxxxxx account. Which is why when they asked for an EA account, quite a few people have put in an EA account, versus their Bioware account.

Anyway, my issue has been "escelated" which basically means That I won't be able to legally play Mass Effect 2 with the DLC I bought until EA responds to me. I was told 24 hours, but it is in EA time, and so far 24 hours can mean 5+ days.

Anyway. I just thought this was a useful tidbit of information on Why we may be having so many issues. I can't gaurentee that Dragonage_xxxxxxx is my actual account, so they escelated the issue.

Have fun guys, Il join you in the ME2 playing crowd in a month+ unless Bioware has some technical tips for me which can fix this whole cluster****.
