Let me say this, ive already beaten mass effect 2, i am on my second play through, i just did the horizon coleny, i spoke with kelly and all of a sudden my game crashes.. no big deal but now i cant open it anymore.

I get past the bioware screen right to the part where it says press any key to continue and i do and it just crashes with an error report. I have no idea why it is doing this, i reinstalled the game twice, and im  not sure how to fix it withotu losing my save files,  does anyone have any idea what causes this?
