As the topic says....
I have used 3 of my 8 characters and but none of them have updated.
I am not sure why.... my screen shots and my achivements updated, just not the characters.....

The whole system is glitchy and barely works. Give bioware a few weeks to iron out the bugs and whatnot.

I agree, I don't know what sales are like yet but if it's selling well and most people are creating accounts they could of had 100,000+ sign ups in the last few days alone.

we've had over 150k signups, actually. Our sync scripts are currently taking a back seat to make sure people can play the game - all of the servers are very near max capacity right now. We *will* be improving the syncing over the next week or so.

Ok, I started the game from the autorun on the DVD (instead of my desktop shortcut) and it finally updated correctly.
