The login button is grayed out and it won't let me login so that I can upload any characters. I tried reinstalling and it still doesn't work. Any answers?

not sure man ! however i am having a similar issue i am logged in , but my charcters wont show up on my profile , is ther an option for upload im missing somewhere ?

From what I read it takes a little while for them to appear. Check under the dragon age tab in the avatar selection

My login button is greyed out as well for the character creator.. I click the link in the lower left, a login dialog pops up, I enter my email address, and password, and the login button in the dialog never becomes clickable.. it's just greyed out.

The Create Account-button on the Login screen is geyed out, too.

I installed the CB on another PC and have no issues logging in. Maybe it's because the first PC I tried it runs under Vista (64 bit). Win XP SP3 (32 bit) seems to work fine.

I have vista32, and used the default install paths, I have windows one care, and the firewall permission dialog popped up when I first ran the CB, I selected approve.



I also have just tried to run the CB using admin rights... Same problem of the login button not being able to clicked/not highlighting. the create button is also grey, the only 2 things that work in the CB login dialog is forgot password, and close.

I read that some guy had this issue, but then turned off Peerblocking and it fixed it.

I think it may be some type of firewall issue. At work my log in button is grayed out but once I get home and fire up the laptop and connect to my home network everything works fine.

Did you guys install it under the administrator account? I have no idea if this is the problem I'm just trying to think of solutions. Also have you tried turning your firewall completely off? and if that doesn't work someone figured out for another problem that he had to adjust the settings to default so you could try messing with the settings. I have no idea why that would work but it didn't make sense for the other problem either and it solved the problem.

Same problem for me. Turned off firewall and tried several other things. Tried on two different laptops, one with Vista and the other one with XP.

Nothing works. Lame.

I turned off peer blocker and it worked fine for me. I was having issues until that point.
