I've seen this problem come up a few times but I haven't been able to find a solution. I'm trying to do Jacob's loyalty quest but there is no anomaly on the planet. The first time I opened the scanner it came up as anomaly detected as ussual, I did some scanning for mineral though first after about the third probe I sent out it kicked me out of the scanner and the anomaly disapeared.

No matter what I do I can't get the anomaly to come back.There i no option to land all I can do is scan for mineral. It still has the planet tagged as "Help Jacob" in the soalr system view. My last save is 2 hours prior to this and I really don't want to have to backtrack that far.

Please help!

I too am having the problem. I did read online somewhere where a paragon QTE pops up right after Zaeed sets off those explosions but you have to select the top option (I can't remember all of them but one of them was "warn me next time"). The individual said he was having a hard time getting the achievement but he did that QTE after selecting the top option and he ended up getting the achievement. Seems like a lot of people are having a problem with that one.

Yep having the exact same problem P-Wing. Would be interested to hear a solution.
