I have tried repeatedly to log in via the in game login feature for character updating and what not(ie. getting my redeemable items)  without fail.  Every time it goes to the terms of service, I hit accept, and then it tells me "The following supplied information was invalid: Password    Please Try Again"   Now, I have logged into the website that same way just fine.  Whats the issue?

I've seen other threads where the password contained special characters.



The web site had no trouble with them, but the game login choked on them. Changing the password to remove the special characters solved the problem.



Don't remember details of the "special characters" but there were several threads on this.



At least you can attempt to log in. My in-game login "feature" claims I am not connected online, even though I clearly am.

I was having the same problem. Try reseting your password with no special characters. It fixed mine. NO Special characters! !@#$%^&*()-_+=`~<>,.?/:;"'{[}]|\\

I've got the same problem, with no special characters involved. Just a password consisting of letters and numbers and it still says it can't log in to the Dragon Age servers because the email or password is incorrect. I'm wondering if it's because I created the account today, but it's been a good 9 or 10 hours since I did.
