So Microsoft's XBox marketplace is giving this away free to the XBoxlings. Click here.  When do the PC users get it?  I'm a bit annoyed that the Collector's Edition didn't already come with it... I certainly paid enough for it.  I think the PC CE should have come with the soundtrack and every single bit of the free DLC available.

I can has the soundtrack from Amazon, but the rifle to complete my collection of DLC?  Can not has.  Not cool.  Especially when the other platform get it for the asking.  Lame, with weak sauce and a side order of wtfbbq.

it's from the Digital Deluxe version that was sold on steam, and trying to download it through that link tells you it's not available for download, it's just a mistake like when the put up ALL the dlc for free for a couple hours.

I downloaded the Digital Deluxe Download from EAStore and got the Incisor. (PC)

That is so old... only from the free download day and that was only in the middle of the night. Not all xbox 360 owners can get that, so your argument holds no water.

I bought from Steam, so I have it. It doesn't seem to get upgraded like other rifles though, so it's usefulness is questionable.

I can't download it from the website, so it's certainly not free. You'll have to redeem a code for it and then you'll be able to download the weapon via the cerberus network.

Someone uploaded DLC photos on Gfaqs.

The Incisor Sniper rifle is long blue sniper rifle and because of the 3 shots it fires it brings enemy troops down quickly.

I'm jealous now. Though I've always been a one shot one kill type a guy. So my Widow will do, but 3 shots! Aww man.



Takes me back to ME 1, I had one sniper that shot A.S.A.P and another one took 10 seconds between shots but killed EVERYTHING in one hit. Except for Saren that was 8 hits.

The issue isn't really the "free" aspect. If it was available for download for a nominal fee, that would be one thing, but the idea that you can buy the "ultimate" version of a game and still not have access to all the stuff is pretty sour. I am aware that this is not uncommon in the industry, I'm simply saying that it sucks.

I am especially irritated because the CE freebies are so much less appealing than I thought they would be. The GameStop armor and CE armor put an opaque helmet on Shepard at all times, and the collector's armor and assault rifle are both hideous.

If you buy the digital deluxe version, you don't get the Tin Case and all the physical stuff.



If you buy the store, disk version you don't get a rifle.



The extra armor is just that extra armor. Also some people love the extra armor, but they aren't gonna give you this super awesome thing that makes you invincible cause that would be unfair.



The whole helmet thing is another issue.

The stats on the Collector armor are great, the look makes me think of a dried cockroach.  I don't much like roaches, which is why I enjoy blowing up Collectors or lighting them on fire.  Wearing one's hide just seems mildly nauseating though.  Yeah, fine, call me weird.

Anyway, I guess we're off topic now so I'll let it die.

The DP codes does seem like a fair trade, 3 armor items for 1 Gun.
I really want the Rifle, its the last DLC im missing

Me Likey. That rifle is super sweet. Alas unless maybe they sell it as DLC at some point I guess I will never have it. I also feel slighted since I don't wear any of the armors because of the helmet issue and reserved at Best Buy all I have is this damn Inferno Armor whereas if I reserved at GameStop I'd have armor I also would not wear but I'd have another gun to toy with. Dammit! Damn you helmet issue.
