1) the rifle is part of the digital deluxe PC version. AFAIK there is no code to have anyway. Also, only for PC.



2) The xbox thing was a total OOPS. It won't (I presume) be available EVER again for us xbox users.



3) The Dr. Pepper codes are worthless as you can reuse the same code and they are all over the internet.



4) I'm pretty sure that the ONLY way to get it is to purchase the deluxe edition from steam.

Very easy to do. Umbra Visor is pretty sweet for Techs and Biotics with 5% more Biotic&Tech damage. Recon Hood looks ugly, covers the whole head and you sound like Darth Vader. Gives 5% weapon damage. And the Sentry Visor gives you 5% more shield.

No ANY deluxe digital edition comes with it, be it from EA Store or Direct2Drive. Not just Steam.
As for the CE people sking why they didn't get it simple: DD Owners paid extra too, yet din't get the physical tin case even if we got everything else (even if it was in .pdf form instead of hard copy in case of the art book) So the rifle is the offset

A bioware rep has already confirmed that the incisor will be coming to the cerberus network at some point. so 360 users will get it at some point. so, your wrong dude:P
