I registered Dragon Age and Mass Effect 2, but I just saw that there seems to be no way of actually reading the Cd-keys I used for those registrations, like the old Bioware account let you do for NWN, ME1 etc.

Is there a way to do this on this site, or should I be making other backups of my cd-keys?

There is not currently a way to view those on this site - you must make your own backups for DA and ME2 cdkeys entered here.
