In ME1 I was nice to him and sent him home to his wife.. but ME2 translates the quest tag as me shoving a gun in his face.
There have been a few quests like this where it got it wrong from what my actual actions were in ME1.. is this a bug with 2 or is it recording the variables wrong from 1?...
Are these going to be patch... and if it turns out that 1 is wrong, will that get a patch to bring it up to speed with 2?
Not a lot of point in creating a 'continuous scenario' if the games get it wrong.
Conrad Verner quest tag got it wrong.

I got the same thing with conrad... I'm pretty sure I was nice to him in ME1, but in with my imported save game it said I pointed a gun to his face... hmmm

Same thing with me - took the Paragon path with the quest in ME1, got the Renegade result in ME2. Haven't noticed anything else wrong, but I've still got lots of exploring to do...

same happened to me when I imported my Paragon Shepard.
Its been a long time ...
but wasnt the renegade action pointing a gun in his face and assalting him ..
and the paragon solution pointing you gun at him in pose so he can take a pic or somehting?

Also reporting the same thing. Told him to go home to his wife, never shoved a gun in his face, but ME2 insists I did.
Was very unusual.

It's a bug, taking a photo with your gun out does not equal "gun in face"
It's not just Conrad either, so far we've had people have story continuity issues with:
Conrad
The Consort
Sirta Foundation (drugged scientists)
Gianna Parasini
Corporal Toombs
Helena Blake
At least those are the ones that I've seen. here's a link to the earlier thread, to try to keep reports of this issue tied together. (Though there were multiple threads about this in the story section, mainly concerning Conrad. He seems to be the most visible of the errors.) Right now I'm of the opinion that it is the imported saves themselves that need to be adjusted, that's just a guess, however.
