Doing Garrus's mission.
When you go see the guy who knows the guy to find the guy. (Law & Order referenced)
He shows up with Krogan body guards and you can do the renegade option and just shoot them in the face.
The Volous looks around, like AW CRAP. Then Shep and Garrus stand back like a 80's buddy cop team.

I can't believe I played through the game twice before I noticed that Joker keeps talking if you hang around the cockpit.
Although I didn't end up running up there quite so fast after the one where he forgot to mute his porn. A fella needs his privacy, after all.

When the Normandy is getting destroyed and Shepard says to your Li if you pick the renegade option "I'll haul Joker's crippled ass out of there," or something like that. I laugh every time at that part.

Oh man I just realized how amazingly funny this game is. What really cracks me up (aside from what has already been said 
) is:
1) Intimidate-telling a guy on Thane's loyalty mission that he must run away because "I AM A SECURITY OFFICER! THERE IS A BOMB! THIS PLACE CAN BLOW UP ANY SECOND NOW!"
2) During the suicide mission, you leave Jack to hold the line (dunno, maybe it works for other characters too) and when you radio her she says (paraphrased) "Jack here. I destroy them as they come, but I won't complain if you tell us to retreat."
