Haven't gotten to these parts yet, but after watching youtube vids of them:



Joker during his solo mission when the ship gets attacked...it's funny, yet you get a sick feeling as you watch likable NPCs getting shredded left and right. I always liked the doctor, was sad to see her get dragged off....



Also, the guy explaining why "shooting from the hip" with giant guns in space is bad.

Many of my favorite moments are listed here -- I always pause to listen to the Blasto commercial, and I am so glad I have a save right before Mordin singing -- but I think I lost it most when I ran into Conrad Verner on Ilium. Apparently I had stuck a gun in his face in ME1 to get him to abandon his dreams of being a Spectre, so now he wanders around pretending to be Shepard. If I may paraphrase:

"So you just wander the galaxy, righting wrongs?"

"Hey, sometimes I talk to people, solve problems that only I can solve. You'd be surprised how many people are just waiting for someone to talk to them. ... Sometimes I poke around crates for spare credits."

Totally reminds me of the expectant mother's conversation from ME1 (I forget her name,) where she says, "I don't know what kind of gene therapy we should get him - maybe we should ask a complete stranger off the street for his advice!"

Funniest moments are too many to count, but the greatest new NPC has to be the awesome Asari barmaid on Illium. She was a laugh riot, especially when Conrad was getting on her nerves!

Lots of other funny moments are already listed but i liked the krogans in Citadel speaking about the fishes.

After telling Kargesh that there's no fish in the Citadel's lake:



Kargesh: This is Depressing...



Rukar: How about we find a Turian and beat the crap out of him? That always make you feel better.

And the dialogue between the Quarian and the Turian on Ilium. That was really funny to hear for someone who wanted to romance Tali.

That had me rolling on the floor, also later when you try to convince the C-Sec customs officer to let the Asari board, and she goes on about security and geth with Legion standing in the back. Then shepard goes "the lack of a flashlight head is quite obvious" or something like that, when legion is standing right behind him, his flashlight clearly visible for all to see xD

It's just the same scene if you come with any other squadmember, but it was unintensionally funny because Legion was just standing there, listening to Shepard describing how geth looked to the C-Sec officer

Perhaps my favorite is when I chose Tali as my romance interest and talked to Mordin. Mordin than gave me his "safe-sex" joke/speech. "Also forwarding advice booklet to your quarters, valuable diagrams, positions comfortable for both species. Can supply oil and ointments to reduce discomfort...." At first I was wtf, than I couldn't help but laugh.

I romanced Miranda, and he 'forwarded' me a booklet iwth special positions for biotics. It cracked me up.

Seriously, though, Mass Effect 2 was way funnier than the first one. I hope BioWare keeps it up with Mass Effect 3, those funny moments really put some perspective on all the bad things that happen.

Joker making fun of Legion cracked me up. Alot of his random comments when you talked to him between missions were funny. "Oh great commander, we got Garrus back. I always loved him with that pole up his ass." Lol.

I love it when you go back to talk to Joker and he says something like 'It's good that Garrus finally got that stick out of his ass, but now he's using it to beat people to death with! I think I prefer the old Garrus'.

I had to reload a previous save to hear that gem again, and I still couldn't stop laughing

After the main mission, talking to Joker, he and EDI seem to have developed a unique relationship, though he denies it.

Shepard also mentions a 90/10 split in duties between Joker and EDI. Joker responds that EDI does way more than that. And as a final dig, EDI implies that she can replace Shepard as well...

Edit: Oh, yeah, when you're on Omega, listening to the benefits of joining Blue Sun mercs.  I didn't know they had a medical and retirement plan.

The sad part is, I talked to him after I bought everything in his shop, and it gave me no option to strangle him.

The Asari you dance with in the Afterlife vip lounge. The conversation is something like "Hey I'm going to dance next to you. It's okay to think we are dancing together." And then the Asari says "I do want to think that." It was so cheezy.

Mordin's Salarian Scientist dance was the best.

Sorry I had to ask this:
I noticed you can dance in Afterlife and also at the small club on the Citadel......can you dance with other characters too.  I never get a convo when I hit dance.

That convo mentioned was part of Samara's loyalty quest in the Afterlife VIP lounge.

One that doesnt seem to have been mentioned here is on Mordins loyalty quest, when u speak to the experimented on or poisoned (cant remember which) krogan and he says he doesnt know if he can make it back to base.

You tell him he's "acting like a quarian with a tummy bug" and tali says " Im standing right here! "
