Personally i loooove Jack, so hot, so deep, but i wish my shep could have got with Gianna Parsoni too.. the Agent from Noveria, or the green Asari Commando from Feros. Miranda's hot, but... the fact that she knows shes hot is a weird turn off lol. GIANNA PARSONI for me!

Garrus is pretty cute too, so a good second place there.
I actually think there's a certain something to Illusive Man too, although he's a bit of a bastard, so I'mma let him slide off the list.
Engineer Donnelly comes in third, although I think this is because I'm a HUGE Simon Pegg fan, and he's clearly a Scotty clone and I LOVED Scotty in the new Star Trek movie.... stop looking at me like that

Liara in ME2 is hot also, she has a husky voice now, and looks more mature.

Didn't play ME:1 , but so far on ME:2 Jack is hot . I kinda landed my plane in her hangar bay , if you know what i mean .
