Though, sexiest female for me is a tie between Miranda and Tali...though that's kinda like comparing oranges and bananas or...something else...

1. Aria.   her outfit, shape, facial features, color, mysteriousness, confidence, voice, bad girl but not evil, the way she's got a total badass powerhouse reputation and doesn't show off, almost hidden soft side... need i say more? I go see her between every mission in the hopes a new topic will appear.

2. Thane.   his swagger, precision, goodness, and "dance of death" combat style are awesome. I'm a hetero guy (avatar is my sexy dragonage char) but i can still appreciate and envy him

3. Kelly.   although none of her physical features are really beautiful to me ('cept her eyes) they come together quite nicely, plus she's got a great personality and she's the only well adjusted female on the ship. i like her more and more as i play.

4. Miranda.   her butt and hair almost make up for her attitude, and her facial features (though nice individually) don't really go together in my opinion. started out using her every mission, but the way she treats jack makes me sick. pretty much the opposite of Kelly.

1. Tali - Her voice is absolutly beatiful, I loved to talk with her in german but in english it`s superb!



2. Miranda - It`s very obvious but i love her accent (damn I seem to love foreign accents!)



3. Kelly - She might not be the character with the deepest personality but she definitly is pretty and cute



4. Aria - Jeah this is a hotty. Owning one of the coolest clubs in the galaxy, great personality and even if she`s older her look and especially her face is sexy



5. Shepard herself (but not the FemShep from everyone)

Well I actually don't find anyone sexy, per se in this game. Maybe because I difference aesthetics than other people.

1) Garrus - Yes I do have a thing for Turians, and his personality is great. I've always liked him, and he's grown a lot since ME1.



2) Kaidan - Heckle if you like. Always gets flak for being the same voice as Carth (but then I *liked* Carth). He's still the most interesting human male to me in either game. Which isn't saying a lot, but he still rates very highly.



3) Aria - For one thing she doesn't have that doe-eyed face of 99.5% of all other Asari but isn't a unique weirdo like Benezia or Samara either. I like the way she struts around like she owns the place.. which she does. But regardless. Also her outfit is hoooot.

I don't know about the rest of you, but Miranda looks modeled after her voice actor Yvonne Strahovski to me.  Plus she's Australian so the accent is real.
