I have to say the sexiest character is Tali. But that she just has an appealing personality (and DEM HIPS). But the sexiest physically would have to be Samara. I love that asari woman. I could watch her allllll day.

Edit: Or Shiala from Feros. When you see he on Illium with green skin and she almost asks you out but then doesn't. I don't know, the green skin just gets me going like crazy. I would have said hell yess had she asked to do something.

Shiala is the correct answer. Best voice in all of Mass Effect and in ME1 has a fantastic stare at you after you get the cipher.



And don't get me started on ME2 when she had that moment of...

I thought Kelly was pretty hot, but Miranda is definitely the hottest. Liara was good-looking in ME1, but she went so far downhill that I almost cried when I met her.

Tali hands down is the hottest. Who wouldn't love the mystery of finding out what she really looks like? Not to mention she is obviously the most sincere in her affection to you of the female chars.

Miranda in second, she has self esteem issues thou and what guy wants to deal with a girl who has no confidence in herself?

For the male chars Garrus in first and Thane in 2nd. Garrus just has that tough but reachable pose women seem to like. He can protect ya but still love ya. Thane is just tough as nails but he seems to have to many problems admitting to his emotions.

And for just downright sexiest you guys should try out Morinth, Samara's daughter. Now THATS sex appeal even if she does kill you if you try to be with her

I would have to say Aria, they did some good close ups of her in the Omega scenes. Miranda was one of the best too obviously.

Personally i loooove Jack, so hot, so deep, but i wish my shep could have got with Gianna Parsoni too.. the Agent from Noveria, or the green Asari Commando from Feros. Miranda's hot, but... the fact that she knows shes hot is a weird turn off lol. GIANNA PARSONI for me!
