So how does one get the 'bonus' items promised for preordering DA:O?

According to the EA Store, there should have been 2 rings for ordering from them. I've got neither as yet.

Anyone know?

Have you entered you promo-code into your profile?
Should have been sent via e-mail or in you collection of cd-keys(steam)
