This is actually kind of a dissapointment with biotics in general, especially on insane, since you are unable to use those abilities on armored or shielded foes. On insane, everyone is either armored or shielded which makes most abilities besides warp far less useful.

I can see why a biotic barrier might prevent you from using biotics on an enemy and I could live with that, but why should shields or armor prevent it? Especially since your shields or armor don't seem to prevent enemy biotic pushes from affecting you.

 Anyone else think as I do?

PS- How is Jack the most powerful biotic, when she can't even pull off a singularity? Was very dissapointed.
