I have to say Orzammar! It feels old school-dwarven, but with some very original details. I really enjoyed walking around looking at the architecture.
Also I love dust town, I just wish they would've made Orzammar bigger!
I also really like the ancient ruins in the Brecilian forest, with giant tree trunks and light intruding in the dungeon.
What's your favourite area, when it comes to design/art in DA:O?

My favourite is the Bracillian forests, my least fave HAS to be the fade parts of the game ( they give me a headache ) especially the bit of the game where you are shapeshifting ( sloth demon in the magi circle ) it's REALY monotonous and too much backwards and forwards for me !!

For me it's a tie between Orzammar/Deep Roads and Ostagar.

Cadash Thiag, probably.
You know, early only into it where there's a lot of stone work and vines with a little bit of light shining through? I'm just a big fan of that kind of look.

Lake Calenhad Docks, because of the beautiful and soothing area design/music

I think everyone stops and takes screenshots from that hill. I know on my first playthough I couldn't help it. Morrigan and my PC looked so good admiring the moonlight...

I'm conflicted between the ruins in the Brecilian forest (the hall in which you fight the dragon is just astonishing) and the Temple of the Urn of Sacred Ashes.

Cadash Thaig is my favorite location. I love all the green and the way the light filters.
My second favorite spot would have to be that wee dock in Haven. I like to stand there and just look around at the lake and the mountains, it's very peaceful. It's a pity I have crap up the landscape with so many bodies.

Cadash Thaig, for sure. And for least favorite, the Fade--that place makes me feel like a migraine is coming on. I get out of there as fast as I can.

Ostagar. Haven't played RTO yet but I love the area.
Also Lake Callenhad Docks and Haven/Sacred Ashes temple. And the Brecilian Forest makes me feel at home.

I adore Ostagar and Lake Calenhad.I also love the Fade, surprisingly enough. The Broken Circle quest is the one quest that annoyed me the most, but the Fade is very surreal in it's design.

Cadash Thaig also. Absolutely beautiful and reminded me quite fondly of Tomb Raider.
